Looks like i paid $989 for the thing in 2012....not even broken in, 'puter safe...worth every penny imho, New England looses power for weeks not days, lots of trees
Oh ps i think the new ones are made in china, have to look into that.
It's obvious that the guy is a knobber, anyone who decorates their nearly new bike with those horrendous coloured spoke covers has got it coming to him
My next oil change is due at 106,000 miles. I will make a lovely job of getting all the oil into the drain tray, none will leak over the floor, the filter will be carefully emptied so as not to splash anything. And then I will blood kick the drain tray by accident or some other clumsiness and there will be oil everywhere. I am like the Jack Douglas of oil changes.
4th'd. Or, i bet he is fibbin. Unless its one of the Corrs. I love me some Corrs ladies!
Excluding the guy (no offense to Bruce), i would definitely start at the left and work my way to the right! ?
No.....of course it's not the budget parts bin special!
That POS will probably outlast every other bike on this forum.......because Stroms are like turds that you can't flush!
The breakdown is one of those fashionable high price Euro bikes (KTM 690) owned by a Dutch mate of mine!
It failed the ITV (MOT) at the testing station just down the road.....then it wouldn't start.
So he pushed it here hoping I had jump leads! Which I didn't!
He's now off to push it down the hill to a car garage that he uses and see if they can do something.
I'd just phone the Recovery Service included in my insurance and get it dropped off at Juan Cortes bike shop! But what do I know?
It's true what they say......buy Jap or get fucked up the ass!
Fuel pump more than likely, I almost have orange blood but I've never been interested in the 690's. I've had two mates whoose bikes have shit their rocker arms with less than 10,000 miles on the clock ?
Has anyone watched this film? Just watched it over the week-end and if you are looking to watch one determined human, this is your film. I don't think I need to go to this extreme but it sure is fun watching someone else do it. I would just be happy to hike this route.
