Managed to get out with a friend for, and i quote our current lockdown rules "a recreational activity" this afternoon and things were a little messy after the weekends storms i didn't take too many photos. First lane was sort of a first time for me considering its only a few miles from my house, farmer on the quad in the distance was sort of ok with us being there just asked to make sure we closed the next gate When i said this was sort of my first time to ride this lane it was because i originally tried to ride this in the dark about 8 years ago with another friend and we got the both bikes stuck here, it was gone midnight by the time we got them out and went back the way we came. I didn't get stuck this time and the young couple were quite amused at our efforts to get through it The next lane started with a steep rocky climb which really brought home to me what the last week laying on my back eating crap and drinking shit loads had done for me, when i got to the top i thought i was going to have to grab hold of the spark plug wire to bring me back i was fooked And then we were faced with this puddle luckily my mate stepped up to try it out we decided not to proceed past where he was and dragged the bike back A few girls on horses turned up to show us how to do it, poor horse dipped his balls into that freezing water? We took an alternative route around which brought us out a bit further on and started us on the route home. we rode a few more lanes local to where i live And then headed to the jet wash to clean things up a bit before heading home my sump guard really packs some shit in there A good afternoon that i needed started getting cold on the way home i think it was hovering around 4 deg C all day

Well here it is.....the final Ride Report from 2020: The Year of Shit! I spent most of the year locked in the house, locked in the town, or locked in the province! When I could get back out in late June, I came down with Jock Itch (fungal infection) from chest to toe......at the same time as a nonstop heatwave of 40c+ hit us! It took me 3 months of medication to get over that shit! Then when the heat and the scabs finally faded away......they locked me in the fucking town again. A town where you can't even buy a doorknob FFS! The situation has improved since then........now I'm only locked in the province. And the final kick in the nuts of 2020 happens on New Years Eve at midnight when I lose my European citizenship! That means I have the same status here as an African! But let's look on the bright side......at least 2020 was the year where I got another fucking Beemer! And I'm not afraid to ride it........weather permitting of course!

I know a Brit who's over there at the moment in his motorhome, he's stuck over there as he can't get a ferry back. He texted me, I think he was looking for some sympathy. He got fuck all sympathy from me, it's wankers like him that are spreading this shit about. You have my permission to slash his tyres if you spot him

bloody right. anybody who got stuck since the beginning of the pandemic ( with the exception of truck drivers who had no choice) can find sympathy in the dictionary somewhere between "shit" and " Syphillis" . This is her on her death bed two years ago, they tried to kill her with extremely expensive medication, since then i;ve ignored all advice from Doctors who dont seem to know jack chit anymore.... She is doing fine at 89 now, God willing i;ll get some more miles out of her. Sorry for the thread drift. .

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! ? As 2020 comes to an end I think everyone is looking forward to 2021. For myself, 2020 will be remembered for many things, but mostly as the year motorcycles came back into my life. This past year has been full of fun adventures and all thanks to a motorcycle. With a short flash back to remember the summer and warm wishes of good health and adventures for 2021, I am looking forward to a new year! ? Safe Travels Everyone! ?️??
