I'm going to wash the donkey today, she's a bit muddy after my 'commute' to work. Then up on the ramp as she has a fuel leak from the overflow when the tap is left 'on' . I suspect there's a bit of dirt or debris getting stuck in the float valve, of course I will wait for Pete's evaluation before I proceed6 points

Had a great ride today on the Himalayan, the sun even came out during the ride. The start of the dirt road was a bit tricky, as it had a load of fresh gravel on it that had not been graded yet. Regardless, great ride. ?. Now to the tent with Bagheera for some new parts! Just wish they would put these signs up for both directions. I guess if you come in from the back way you are just doomed... ?4 points

Got a handful of favorites..... KR, Rainey, Lawson, Mamola, Martin, Dunlop(s).... But w/o a doubt, this guy is my hero..... Doug Henry was the 1st rider to ever win a Supercross event on a 4-stroke...which eventually led to the type of racing machines we see today in the MX & SX realms. He broke his back in an outdoor event which landed him in a chair. It didn't stop him.... he built the cage-bike & even did backflips with it while riding with Pastrana a time or 2. He also races in Snowcross events on a YamaSled in the off season. Nowadays, he's all about Adaptive Riders with that never-ending smile on his face....??2 points

Harley dealers are lemons, thats for sure. How does the motor company shake off the "fuck you" middle finger they have been giving the 99%ers since some douchebag made a movie about choppers. Its their marketing, they lived by it, now they get to die from it. They had a chance with Buell...blew that like a cheap truck stop hooker. My top picks are the trail 125, and those fat tyed 200's from yam and suzuki.2 points

My 650 is doing that as well Bob since the day i fitted the flat slide carb, but its a real pain to get it out to work on so haven't done anything about it. i left the fuel on after getting back from a ride once and was woken up in the early hours to a strong smell of petrol, had to go to the garage to check it out god the whole house stank of it for hours, one of the down sides of having a garage attached to your house.2 points

caravans and motorhomes have been arriving to southern Spain and Portugal since covid started. In huge bursts of people, so borders aren't really being patrolled. Suddenly a lot of people can work from anywhere using a data signal, and breach all recommendations. In some areas of Portugal that has exploded covid, and as such parking caravans like that has recently been forbidden, I think countries would do a lot better to just close borders and allow their people to be free instead of ordering people to stay in and then allowing international traffic.1 point

went over to the IOM been going since 87 and always stopped b&b and that year thought i would have a change and stop in the van ,it just made the week a bit cheaper seeing as it is not a cheap island to visit on race weeks, they always say it is the most expensive water to cross, it always used to cost me a grand for the week all in with accommodation, food and ferry travel plus several gallons of beer1 point

Latest trend in Lisbon, I think is prepping those for street racing. And rebuilding engines for top speed, changing forks for sports bikes equipment, etc. Even stock they are so fast for what you would expect. I bet they make for a nice touring bike.1 point
