I took a run to Castril......that's far enough to be able to get some rugged individualist type pics! Shit like that is critical to try and dispel the namby-pamby motorcycling persona that I've been lumbered with. And If we go back to this month 15 years ago I was also in Castril on a Beemer! That Beemer's obviously been replaced.......however, I'm still wearing the same jacket, jeans, and boots! They're in a bit of a state now.....but I think it just adds to the rugged individualist image myself! So here we go......watch and learn you Casuals!7 points

Did you miss me? I had some heavy family shit to deal with and didn't feel capable of pretending everything's normal whilst dealing with it. Done and dusted now, except for some administrative details that will take ages to sort out just cos that's how the burocracy works over here. With a bit of luck, and a smidge of decent weather I should be riding again tomorrow, as I will need to hide from the twins birthday party ( albeit a reduced one). Right now I have 2 weeks worth of drivel on here to read in order to catch up.5 points

Remember Pete, don't be doing all that perfect Spanishy type talking then falling for the parting comment 'Have a safe trip' and answering 'Thank You' in English like in The Great Escape.3 points

In my time there it was the West End in Llandovery (which I first visited in 1972) or the Ponderosa on the Horseshoe Pass. I know some sad twats like Ren used to go to Abergavenny Bus Station.......I went there once with him about 20 years ago. But standing in what amounts to an open car park surrounded by bellends who all sound like Carediff clowns isn't exactly my thing!3 points

I don't like the westend or the Abergavenny Bus Station either, i only stop in these places for food so if i'm Llandovery way its the owls nest now or the garage cafe in sennybridge https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaurant_Review-g551970-d4134256-Reviews-Owls_Nest_Tea_Room_Diner-Llandovery_Carmarthenshire_Wales.html2 points

Cardiff comes up on all the ‘store finder’ searches as my closest store, completely ignores bristol cos clearly I’m gifted enough to walk on water ?2 points

Well I’m not happy about it. The majority of the windows here look out over Wales so I’ve looked at Wales everyday thinking ‘soon as this is over I’m going over to the steel horse for a cup of tea’ Steel horse is now closed permanently unless someone with deep pockets arrives on the scene ? Heyho I’ll be sticking with a cup of tea and pasty in the car park for while whoop whoop my exciting lockdown life ?2 points

Henrietta Lacks died in 1951. HeLa cells are still in orbit today- literally they shot some into space (the mind boggles). Her cells are the first immortal human cell line and are still in use. Most recently used in working on coronavirus. How they got them and the legality of it’s a whole nother story but without them we wouldn’t have the vaccines and treatments we have today. So yeh one day you could be famous and immortal!2 points

Well the first two new parts for Bagheera went well last weekend, the Booster Plug is on and the Air Injection Delete Kit is installed. It was great because I was able to remove a whole bunch of crap from the bike. Now onto the new exhaust ?. Looking very forward to this part, the Himi is going to sound good. I will getting out on Charlotte today for a ride first, then into the tent (garage). Also a few more rides planned for Saturday and Sunday and some video editing of course. ?2 points

We’re able to get out and about the whole of Murcia province apart from two municipalities. Mustn’t grumble here at the moment but I’m bloody sure that unless they get their act together and get the vaccination programme moving faster we’ll see another massive increase in cases and hence, more deaths. On a more cheery note here’s a couple of shots from today’s run out. ?1 point

Oh I dunno, I'm plenty weird, just not a criminal. Was hoping to get less cookies clogging up my PC and leaving less info on sites, but that doesn't seem to be working. I'll just go back to Chrome and call it a day.1 point
