Popped out this morning for a quick run, started at Colington, Edinburgh and headed to South Lanarkshire and Carluke then up into North Lanarkshire, fantastic countryside just outside of Edinburgh. I wanted to avoid Glasgow so I headed north to Airdrie and Cumbernauld before going up to Kilsyth for the first stop. Then over to Balloch at the southern end of Loch Lomond where there was something of interest to Pete. I headed up the west side of Loch Lomond. I then headed north east into the Trossachs. I took a little detour and went up to Tyndrum and The Green Welly Stop which is a popular destination for motorcycles. At this point I had covered 140 miles. the views were terrible. 9 After a cup of tea and a hotdog I headed back staying on the east side of the Loch. Headed for Stirling which has a nice castle. Even saw a big erection which should keep Six happy. I then headed back to Edinburgh. 224 miles in total.4 points

Apparently if you can't see the tail you have to look at the front lip. if it's got a little crevice it's a sheep if it hasn't it is a goat. Who knew? So that is a sheep and therefore you are allowed to shag it.3 points

I don’t want to misrepresent Six, I’m pretty sure the motorcycle in the van is aimed at trapping young lads rather than lasses.3 points

Well I guess it can happen to all of us! Of course, breaking down on a very hot day in the middle of nowhere in rural Spain makes it even worse! OK.......here's the story! I was out by 10 before the wall of heat came down, and crossed into the Murcia province! Didn't take long to find some abandoned shit......a Petrol Station! I continued on and came across an abandoned country house! It was in a right state! Went in for a look round but the roof has fallen in on most of it! After clambering around in that devastation I continued on.......and found another Petrol Station! Which is when I was faced with the breakdown! No.....not me obviously.....I ride a BMW! Gutted now aren't you? It was some toothless Dago from Alicante broken down on a 20 year old two stroke Aprilia 125! He asked me if I had any ideas on what the problem was! All I could respond with was...... He reckoned it was fuel related so he did some shit with some tools! While he was trying to get it going I had a look round! By this time he'd got it spluttering away......though it didn't sound too clever to me! He told me he'd had the bike for 20 years since it was new! That's what they do here.....I've spoken to old guys who bought a bike new in the 1960's and have still got it. When I tell them I've had 64 bikes they look at me like I'm odd! The guy said that it's never broken down before in 20 years! Until today! Well until I showed up basically! Anyway.....I didn't have any more time to exchange pleasantries with toothless motorcyclists. I thought I'd put all that behind me when I left @Renegade on his own to be Billy No Mates until the end of time! It was starting to get hot, so it was off home before it became too unbearable. But as usual I found more deserted shit en-route! So there you have it......just another day in Spain2 points

Yesterday i decided to have a back road ride and for a change have something to go to instead of following my nose. A picture of Paxtons Tower popped up on my news feed the other day, i liked the look of it and the area its in, so thought i'd have a ride there and back on the 650, it's just the other side of Ammanford. From Pontypridd i took the back roads to Blackmill, Neath and Pontardawe and then the mountain roads over to Ammanford bloody lovely up there. From Ammanford i went up to Llandybie and over to the tower. Had a mooch about the tower which had some great views with only a short walk to get to it. Crossed a nice little ford on route would like to see it after its been raining then i thought about the route home and would you believe it there were three lanes right by the tower it would be rude not to ride them LOL They were short and easy enough but overgrown in places which is to be expected this time of year Not the best photo of me LOL i rode another 3 lanes on route to the mountain road past Carreg Cennen Castle They were all nice and easy with no gates for a change Easy that was until i got to this lane I got as far as here and had to turn around, i found a guy doing this lane on a CRF250L when checking routes to add to the TET i'll see if i can dig it out Carreg Cennen Castle center left i took my camera for a change so i could use the zoom day was too murky for a good photo And another a bit closer, i was playing about with filters and this one made the detail stand out a bit better From here it over the black mountains and home on the main roads. It was an interesting ride but the bike started sounding a bit ticky on the way home hoping its just tappets so something else to look at2 points

Are you one of those individuals who've got nothing to say because you lack any sort of basic intelligence? Or maybe you just lack any level of initiative? Or more than than likely.....you're just a boring cunt? Well help is at hand for people like you with the New-Age Bullshit Generator if you just click the Reionize Electrons button at the top of the page! You forgot to mention the memory card we found! Or the one I lost about 20 minutes before we found it again... I'm pretty sure I'm already looking for it in the rear shot of the bike. Yes, the shock is mounted on the side, not all that uncommon these days. And by that I mean Ducati does it too and they're the only other brand I know anything about, so it's common in my world. No idea if the Japanese do it on anything? I'd be surprised if they didn't. I'm not sure a handgun is all that useful around here? I'd be willing to bet most landowners have long guns and probably big scopes. You'd never hear the shot...2 points

Are you saying it's not a looker? For about 18 months I was riding down to Plymouth every weekend to see my girlfriend who was at the college there. The place did photography, film making, sound stuff etc. My nickname there was Grandad (because she was Gran, being older than the usual students, as was I). They were a nice bunch and I went with them a few times to see a band called The Retreat who were very good. A New Zealand lad had done some filming with them, made a few music videos and I asked him for a copy. He handed me a VHS tape and I took it all the way home only to find out it was 3 hours of nothing but panning shots of sheep on what looked like Dartmoor. Of course when I saw him the following weekend I told him that he'd given me his wanking tape by mistake. I did get the proper video. Fuckmine, checked out youtube and they are still going, below is them now and the same song in the pub in the 90s underneath when there was 42 of them and they were young.1 point

This popped up on YouTube......and it's unbelievable! Down to -71C in Siberia! People leaving their cars running permanently......cos it'll freeze solid after 20 minutes of inactivity. Break down in it outside the city and unless you can fix it on the spot you're likely to die! Cameras and phones not operating properly.....cos they're getting frozen.1 point

I once couldn’t walk for three days due to a very heavy handed epidural. I couldn’t understand on day two (when the opiates were really not suppressing the appetite any longer) why I was just so bloody hungry and why there was no food. Eventually very starved I dared ring the bedside bell to be told food is served down there… when couldn’t friggin walk! They then transferred my care back to a much maligned hospital that treated me so nicely, kindness and food and dignity. Never forgot the difference hospitality makes to recovery. You can work with the finest minds and the best medical people and compromise a persons recovery with the basic silly things.1 point
