This weekend is dangerous territory for me. I'm not fit enough to wash either of the bikes that need washing so I'm going to have time on my hands. That means I'll have time for thinking and that means I may be thinking about a new bike and as I've already seen one that I like I ABSOLUTELY must stay away from the PC if I have a few beers on Saturday evening

Was planning of riding to the IOW but daughter seems to be on the mend. Mandi thinks she passed a gall stone just before the scan which is why they found nothing. I'm not convinced myself so I'll give it a day or so. Mandis booked to come back tomorrow so maybe I'll pass her along the way. Don't really want to go as it's getting very busy with Cowes week being a couple of weeks away and most places are already booked up.

The dealerships here can issue a plate, in an hour you can walk out the door and ride..or if its a BMW, push it to the service door.

The Dealers here (with one or two exceptions) go out of their way not to sell you a Bike because they'll have to do something!

ps I am getting rid of a bike, the Mutt as soon as its fixed n MOT'd. Don't want to cos someone needs to keep up the Chinese bike ownership side of things but I've run out of room and it doesn't get ridden.

Pump buggered......tried my pump that I use for the car and scoot, but after 10 minutes of running it was getting very hot, and the pool had hardly inflated much.....

Covering holiday leave in my old job so will be back there in 2 weeks time for 2 weeks.

A deal goes down on Monday with a main dealer near Bilboa in the north of Spain! Over 800kms away! Consequently this one is a logistical nightmare! They're going to put the bike on the truck that delivers bikes between all the main dealers for this make in Spain. So it'll be going on a mystery tour around Spain before it finally gets delivered to the main dealer in Granada. Then I have to collect it from there! Which is 160kms away from me! So......what's the bike? Well that would be telling wouldn't it? All you pitiful blowhards need to know at this present time is that it's a 2021 model with 6K kms (about 4K miles) on it. And it was originally bought with a manufacturers extended warranty which still has 3 years left on it. Impossible to buy a new one, so this is the next best thing I'd say! If you want to speculate on what it is, I can always put up another Poll if you like?

Flying back to blighty for a few days from tomorrow. Mandy is at a trade show at the ExCel in London for a couple of days, so I'm flying over with her and then heading up to see my boys. Then pop in to see my mum on the way back to Gatwick...........well, that's the plan!
