Marcel was removing a cylinder head from the engine of a truck when he spotted a well known heart surgeon in his shop. The surgeon was there, waiting to book his car in for service. Marcel shouted across the garage, " Hey, Doc, can I ask you a question " ? The surgeon a bit surprised, walked over to Marcel.... Marcel straightened up, wiped his hands on a rag and asked, " So Doc, look at this engine, I open it's heart, take valves out, fix 'em, put 'em back in, and when I finish, it works just like new, so how come I get such a small salary and you get the really big money, when you and I are doing basically the same work "? The surgeon paused, smiled and leaned over, and whispered to Marcel... "Try doing it with the engine running".4 points

12 six panel doors with varnish so not a lot of fun. Looked at the varnish calculator on the website- approximately 2 hours per door, each requires 2-3 coats with a light sanding before the final coat and 8 hours dry time between those coats and that doesnt include the door jams and skirting, Its going to be like Fort feckin Bridge, talk about wish you never started something2 points

Go pro works well but the viewing angle is too low when mounted on the crash bar, the surface mounts won’t match the complex curve on the fairing so I am going to modify one of them with some epoxy putty to suit.2 points

That's how I roll I was waiting for someone to mention that. Funny how that really gets some people, who the hell made that rule anyway, who ever it was could not have been Canadian. Toes get cold, sandals are comfy, end of story...1 point

Its easy whatever you stick down a drain ends up in a treatment works everything is automated nobodies watching, you can have lines of pumping stations that pump from one to the other and eventually to the works these pumping stations can be miles apart its usually a factory getting rid of their waste. I remember driving past a works near where i live years ago where some company had dumped detergent down the drains when it got to the aeration lanes there were clouds of foam blowing away the size of cars and kids on the pavement running though it arms spread wide wheee1 point

That's a storm screen in a CSO (Combined Sewer Overflow) meaning surface water can enter the sewer in storm conditions and combine with the sewage and overflow to the environment but go through that screen first, so stops your rags, sewer mice and big lumps of poo entering the water course it spills to1 point
