Here is a bike in a box i bought back in 2011 from Ebay. I bought from a company in Portsmouth for £700 delivered. I had to build it and register it myself but I think it was a bargain. I commuted on it for 3 years and put 12,000 miles on it then sold it on for £400. In fact I think this photo is. one that I took to advertise it for sale. It is obviously a CG125 clone and my last bike before the Himalayan. To be completely honest I really enjoyed it, only thing was that it would only do 58 flat out and not really fast enough to keep up with traffic. So you always felt a bit vulnerable.6 points

I don't have a big aquarium, you can still take a shit in any of the outhouses you visit anytime you get on the bike.5 points

You miss shitting on an outhouse in the freezing cold with freezing rain and hail on the outside, I miss a big aquarium with lots of tiny fish5 points

That old BMW helmet is cool, though, back when german helmets looked so dorky they were cool. I’ve got 3 or 4 at home that belonged to Maria, her dad having eorked for the Portuguese BMW importer in the 90s, all kinds of funky colours. They were great quality, but that stuff has an expiration date. One of my favourite pictures ever, of a little Moroccan girl trying one out. At the end of the trip it was falling apart.4 points

I agree with Pedro on this one, but also agree that there's a difference between " fine tuning " a picture ( cropping a bit, erasing the reg number, redimensioning etc ) and there's serious photoshop type manipulation like making the sky blue when it wasn't, adding or removing elements, which is a little bit cheating really. where to draw the line and how to decide is the real problem. I would be inclined to make no stipulations at all other than those already in place and people vote for which pic they like best according to their own criteria if it becomes silly people will either stop voting or stop participating.4 points

i like @Tym photos , it looks like he throws his phone up in the air and when it hits the deck it clicks and takes a photo as its bouncing back up in the air and catches a bit of his bike .... quality4 points

Fred's backdrops in the Welsh Valleys don't look like anything I've ever seen in Wales. My view was it's OK to enhance a pic but those are Mawsley levels of enhancement. In his pics he made his POS Vespa on a back lane look like a fucking MV Agusta in Monte Carlo!4 points

I say yes. Tuning a picture is part of the picture taking thing now, annoys me I don’t know how to do it properly and the times I tried I ended up with something resembling a cartoon.4 points

Yes in plentiful supply, anything from a early CG125 would fit it. In fact lots of the parts on it were stamped CG125, even though it was a Sukida SK125. I remember that I could have bought a 150 motor for with carb brand new in a box for £395, of course not really worth it but it was possible.3 points
