You can feel the love from here I’m in Ericeira living my best life, playing vet assistant and enjoying Sofia’s company, and drinking cold wine at sunset. That might be the plan for the weekend, maybe riding home on sunday. The GS is 105.000km now, but what’s weird is that I get the urge to go on a big ride every few days, then it goes away and comes back every few days later. I might need to go to Morocco again later in the year.

Why has my other half taken the day off, upsetting my routine.

I'm sure my wife is wondering that too, I took yesterday off because of the shifts I put in and today we are off to the south for my mum's birthday. Just waiting for the child to finish nursery and then we will be getting on the road

Me and Mandi have had so many colds since one of the grand kids started play school.

Nope , it's definitely the steel works end as we used to ride through the dunes behind Kenfig golf club to get to it and then ride out through Margam Moors to get out. We got chased once by the steel works security

Made to Santa Fe , some 425 miles later, in time for dinner. Food was beyond fantastic, so it was worth the hardship of getting here....

Weather looks reasonable tomorrow.....Sunday not so sure! But it's going to be an odd weekend cos my boy leaves for Madrid tomorrow in the removal van. The Fat Cunt is here for a few more days apparently. Hopefully I'll get out for a couple of hours tomorrow......just have to see how it plays out. What you up to?

Not much going on this weekend, apart from going round friends for lunch on Sunday.

Had labyrinthitus/ vertigo for most of the week, so I've felt fairly shit for most of it. Seems to be clearing up a bit now, so hopefully I'll be OK to fly on Tuesday!

I'll probably head out in the truck in awhile and try to find something to do. Had planned on local riding today but that's pretty much out now. More pics later.....

It's Saturday morning now and Dave and Debbie are heading back to Indy today while we stay here another night. They were gonna leave this morning but it's snowing like a bitch here now, so their departure is delayed. Slushy roads are cold so they are gonna wait until noon and hope for warmer weather....

Took a walk around town after dinner and stopped by another old church. Two churches in one day - I should be good for another 2-3 years now....

Our first day in Santa Fe was an off the bikers day. Hired a truck to get around in and went to Chimayo, NM to see the old church there...

There's a reason for that. Riding blows there. We didn't see any the whole time we were there.

Made it into Santa Fe in time for some fine New Mexican dining..

Got up before the sun on Thursday for the 8 hour slog north to Santa Fe. Warm when we left but the weather turned to shit once we got into New Mexico, Temps dropped and the winds got fierce again....

It’s been around for a few weeks. This sort of thing is part of life now, shit but every day shit.
