I've recently had a fork spring compressor tool and a fork seal driver via them, both of which which arrived within 36 hours of ordering and I am waiting on what I believe is called a fork seal bullet at the moment! I did once get a parcel with half the stuff I ordered and half someone else stuff inside the same box though. Just remember it's not one big shop, they are only mostly sending you stuff from other people these days, so experiences will vary greatly.3 points

The missing sub, and why the Yanks won't let a rescue vessel go to it, food for thought. Possibly, however consider this, the owner of the lost vessel is Stockton Rush who is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder (2009) of OceanGate Inc. Rush has an extensive US military background which includes McDonnell Douglas Corporation as a Flight Test Engineer on the F-15 program where he spent two years at Edwards Air Force Base on the APG-63 radar test program and then on the Anti-Satellite Missile Program serving as the sole full-time representative of McDonnell Douglas. He served on the Board of Directors for Seattle’s BlueView Technologies, a manufacturer of small, high-frequency sonar systems; and he was involved in the company’s acquisition by Teledyne Inc, a leading provider of cutting-edge subsea technologies. Additionally, he has served as board member for Entomo, an enterprise software developer focused on post-sale channel management and financial reporting as well as serving as Chairman of Remote Control Technology, Inc. (RCT), a manufacturer of wireless remote-control devices for several Fortune 500 industrial clients, including Exxon, Conoco-Philips and Boeing. Moreover, he also built a fully functional heavily modified two-man submersible called Kittredge K-350. His company is based out of Everett, Washington. Did Stockton Rush provide consulting to the US Navy about operations around the Nord Stream pipelines? He certainly has the knowledge, skills, equipment and connections to be a consultant or even an active participant in this operation. Why would the US military prevent a far more capable rescue vehicle from assisting in this critical operation? The US is even preventing a multinational team effort with their best of allies. Something very fishy is going on here. Was Stockton Rush onboard the disabled submersible? Are (they) trying to ensure that he stays silent?2 points

Packing up the house for the summer, won't be back til September/October at the earliest when it's cooled down a bit. Washing machine broken so lots of crappy visits to the laundrette in store. On the bright side the routes for the ride back are loaded into my Garmin which is a minor miracle in itself, Garmin is so clunky I'm never going to complain about Apple products again!2 points

We've had a vacuum cleaner replaced twice with no issues, I can't fault their returns policy. I think they may have an issue with what they do with the returns , there have been a few 'whistle blower' incidents about that.1 point

I've had a rare occasion where something hasn't arrived and they have sent another in its place with no quibbling. But that is for new stuff, especially if they are the actual supplier. I have bought a few secondhand books through them so that may have not been possible if anything had gone wrong as the supplying shop may not have another. You have to be careful with the reviews, they do not always match the item, I have seen the same review on two different releases of a DVD I have been searching for over many years, a film that some versions have a missing scene from. I suspect that someone at Amazon pulls in any review that is favorable and populates the comments section for all types of the same item, even when they are from a different supplier.1 point
