No not on my bike on my car. Picked one up last nice so went out this morning to a flat on the drivers rear. Got the space saver out and it had never been used in the cars 21 years. Anyway aired it up and swapped it out. Sadly both rears we’re close to the ware bars so it was time to replace them both. I was expecting £200 but was pleasantly surprised that it was only £141 which I didn’t think was to bad. I quite like Falken tyres good grip and seem to last quite well. The ones I have got on the front have 13k on them and still have plenty of tread left. I know the car is rwd but still doing ok.3 points

He’s just done his mod 2 and bought a Ktm 390 , so he’s good to go , think he has to wait couple more years before he can do the full test .3 points

When I pick it up going to book it’s first service for a couple of days before we go away , I’ll have nearly 4 weeks to get it run in .3 points

I have to say I'm pretty impressed with how you've taken to this part of the wandering about looking at things lifestyle. Most people seem to put up barriers against it and will only stay in hotels. Don't get me wrong I like hotels too but the way your doing it has a lovely relaxed feel to it and eating food you actually want to eat when you want to eat it outdoors (rather than another over oiled hotel restaurant dish served at a very specific time) has a joy all of it's own.3 points

they still got the side bags on that Indian Challenger RR which is supposed to be a race bike which i thought was odd, then i realised it makes perfect sense its somewhere to hide your shame when riding it3 points

Had a test ride on the Triumph Speed twin this morning ... as @boboneleg said i was expecting to be underwhelmed by it... well i was'nt to be honest , pulled away on it gave it a handfull and the fucker took off, i was pleasantly surprised... fueling much better than the Ducati and the Suzuki come to that.. through the few twistys i found on test ride it was great, i like this bike. so the Ducati and suzuki can do one ... i got back and put a deposit down on the triumph , a black one ... having a tail tidy and Zard exhaust system fitted with de cat .. sounds the nuts, should have it in a couple of weeks2 points

The one that surprised me most was Elliot from ET. You’ve probably watched something with him in and not even realised.1 point

My day today has mainly been reconciling with my youngest brother. I think we are heading for good news on that front A bit of complete honesty is always a good balm.. or the start of the next fight I expected it to happen if he ever had any children. I just didn’t expect it to be within days of her birth. I’m quite excited I might get my lil bro back. And bonus his wife and new baby along with it.1 point

Chunk irl is a cool guy. He despised the image the film gave him. He lost weight, played American football pretty well and had a look at acting and said no thanks, became a lawyer and runs a successful law firm for the entertainment industry.1 point

He will have it run in by the end of the trip for sure. Am I right in thinking the nephew doesn't have his full licence yet?1 point

As I mentioned earlier in the week there was a big Harley Rally just outside the town so I went to take a look! Had a run round first......came across an overturned car facing the wrong way on a completely straight road! As you do! Then into the Rally venue but I think most of them were out! Hideous assortment of machinery......but what do you expect? They had stalls there selling various items that obviously are a part of this particular lifestyle. To add some authenticity to this scene they had a Spanish version of "Born to be Wild" blaring away! I think this pic says it all really! But the action was only just getting started......because the next stop was the Petrol Station where a number of the Harley Crew were in attendance! It's difficult to describe what I saw there......all I can say is one of them had what looked to be a homemade sex doll on the pillion! It may well be something that Buck needs to consider I suppose. It was quite funny at the Petrol Station actually.....you can see it on the vid. The guy was so proud that I wanted to photograph his friend! Cos after taking the pic I was going back to the bike and one of the Harley guys and his missus were laughing at the performance! So I said: "Look I'm a Guiri.....I don't understand this shit! We put real live women on our bikes like you do with your missus". He said "We all do as well.....except him. He's just fucking crazy". As @Slowlycatchymonkey will confirm, Andalucians love to have fun, and don't take themselves too seriously. Admittedly some of that fun may involve putting homemade sex dolls on the back of the bike......but who are we to judge? I think I'll stick with the Honda lifestyle myself!1 point

It's fucking freezing here......bit of a shock leaving the heat in Spain for this. Had to walk hell of a distance to get to the exit in the Airport so her back and hernia are playing up. Tomorrow we've got to get to Groningen but no idea if the trains have started running again.1 point

I hate it, although, it does mean that I can probably get out with the cycling group tomorrow morning!1 point

Update: NL is apparently having the worst storm it's ever had. And we're flying into it. To make matters worse, all train services have now been stopped. So when we get there we've got to stay in a Hotel in Amsterdam and take the train tomorrow. Next up is the arrival of The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse!1 point

Oh for sure! It makes them torquey but also feel and sound like a V-Twin, gives them character. I'm pretty sure my bike´s main flaw is not having 270º anywhere. No twin is worth buying without a 270º.1 point
