Went out for breakfast cos the weather forecast is absolutely rubbish for the next few days and the schools break up so traffic volume is predicted to be some of the worse on record Didn’t really want to go out but once out it was glorious. The breakfast was really good, doesn’t look it but the bacon was very good, the egg was perfect and the hash browns tasted freshly fried because they were super crispy and it was all HOT. Even the tea wasn’t stewed. Nice car park shot for Pedders as I remember him saying he doesn’t like nice scenery Mr Slowly said wotcha doing? I reply taking a couple of pics for the forum cos they never stop banging on about photo’s, say hi, anyway I think he gets the forum cos you got a two fingered salute8 points

By the time I made it back to New Brunswick it was 6 pm ..had another 250 km to go before reaching home ...I decided to pull over for the night and not risk running into some wild life..next morning I took a short cut through the interior of the province..basically void of any human life another than trucks hauling timber...5 points

Next morning I made it to quebec city ...waited for the morning rush hour to get through and caught another rain shower...made it to gas station just before the heavy stuff fell..then I made my way to the indian dealership...they had and amazing amount of stuff in there ...could only bring back a hoody and a coffee cup ..my bags were pretty well packed...the tour pack would have came handy.4 points

I've given up looking for now, we might just get a double floor extention built on our house instead.3 points

Good luck. I'm fecking sick of trying to buy a flat. The housing market has softened a lot so while mortgage rates are appalling now is probably when you stand a better chance of finding somewhere. Bristol tends to be insulated because there's a shortage of accommodation and probably will be for the next 20 years but even they have gone from averaging 35 people per place to 8! Some of the places I looked at March/April are still on the market and have dropped their prices a lot, 20k is common.3 points

Yes it does, takes a bit of getting used to. Today some over excited teens saw it and started shouting and jumping up n down giving a thumbs up and lots of old’uns can’t stop looking at it, I don’t think they can figure out if it’s old or new cos they look both happy and confused Enjoyed ride back cos I shoed Andrew on (no point taking out the Livewire if you’re not going to enjoy it) and got tangled up racing an old duffer up the A38. Fair play to the old git he had some moves on him but ultimately he ate dust mwahhahahaa.3 points

Excellent Marcel! Your report is in stark contrast to @Buckster's trip when his only pic was a plate of chips!3 points

Nice but its not a lot for the money is it? The boys flat is currently £350k.. for a friggin flat! But it is smack bang in the centre and that always carries a hefty tag If we ever complete that is other wise it'll be more reasonable £02 points

Looks pretty decent for the money! As a comparison, this is what my boy in NL is buying: https://www.funda.nl/koop/eelde/huis-42270349-rembrandtweg-42/ They have overbidding there (more buyers than houses) so he's paying €370K.2 points

Oh yeah it's definitely fixable for her, just needs abit of landscaping and getting ride of that kennel up the top, not particularly hard to fix up, in the pics it looks to be a good fit for our needs2 points

I think it's just the way it flows with the tunning it has...if it was in stock form ..I bet the torque curve would be more liniar maybe...and if you'd try to correct that...you'd probably loose hp on top...2 points

You need to come and see me and learn about Motorcycling Tourettes! I can even cover Ass Steering as well if you want. Perfect these and you'll never be taking a ride down Death and Dismemberment Boulevard!2 points

A CB500X would be the perfect bike for her.......but she keeps nipping out for an Indian! You know when you walk past an Indian in the morning and there's a terrible stench of gone off food from the bins.........that's the smell in her garage that is!2 points
