the twins had friends round, they actally slept over but as they didn't arrive till after the ice rink closed at midnight I was snoring loudly when they got here. We have a tiny house and I'm A-social at best so I was up and breakfasted before they emerged from their lair, just took the time to say Bonjour and the ran away fro the day with a packet of sandwiches and a flask of coffe, abandoning Mrs MooN to her fate... I left at 11 and, knowing the horrers were due to leave at 4.30, arrived back at 4, just in tame to say Au revoir... in the meantime 285km, blissfully solo. weather was 15 down to 10degc mostly sunny with about 5 minutes of rain around Moulins Engilbert. I stopped and ate my sarnies at the church in Glux en Glenne and made use of the relatively well maintained public lav that I knew to be there. Big bonus of the day was the backroad through from Chateau Chinon to Glux via le haut Folin which had just been resurfaced like they were expecting the tour de France at any minute. Only photos I took were along there8 points

Mandis full of flu so yesterday I nipped to the shop to find some pills etc. Got outside one shop and pulled my hood down which flicked out one of my ear buds. Could I find it? Checked all round the floor, took my coat off to check around the hood, then took off and emptied my back pack as a couple of the zips were slightly open. pissed off now. Glad they weren't expensive. Had a look online and the same place I got them were selling the same the cheapest so hoping for a message today to say they're ready to collect so I can get a bike out if the weather holds. Who missed the most boring F1 sprint race yesterday? Like the MotoGP, they've been bloody good entertainment until this one. MotoGP had been cancelled due to the weather. Doesn't bode well for the F1 feature race later today.5 points

Depends what you call lying. A gay man voting against gays rights and describing Margaret Thatcher as liberal is never gonna make my Christmas list. The u-turn kid, I’m gay, I’m not gay, I’m pro section 28, I’m anti it. I also watched him on a lifeswap prog donkeys ago when an MP. He’d made outrageous statements about benefits being too good and eagerly accepted a challenge to live as a single mum for a week on benefits to prove his point. He genuinely believed they had plenty of money and proceeded to demonstrate (in common with most of the Tory scum) that he had no empathy, absolutely no idea what things cost or how hard life can at the bottom of the pile. Another privileged, utterly clueless twat in a position of power. Towards the end of the week there was absolutely no money or food left apart from a couple of eggs. When he cracked the second egg it splattered onto the dirty kitchen floor. He scooped up what he could with his fingers, put it in the pan and fed it to her kids. As you can tell I have no love for the man! But it’s the Pyrenees so I’ll defo watch it4 points

Well I think it's all kicking off with Mr Slowlys mum. I'm sitting here waiting for the news from the pews and they've been gone for an hour and a half which is never a good sign. The back story is Granny gives all of her grandchildren £1000 on their 21st birthday. My youngest opened his birthday card and it was empty. It's not his fault, if anything they've favour him most highly but she plays nasty games and it looks like this is one of them. Mr Slowly is savage. Unless theres a reasonable explanation it'll be explosive. Eastenders drum fill right here4 points

He only admitted it because the gay rights campaigners were outraged cos they knew he was gay and gonna out him. So he got out in front of it and said it was experimental I’m not really gay He’s not daft.3 points

183 miles each way, plus riding around whilst there, shitty tiny fuel tank meant having to fill up on the way. Not one photo, it's just for anyone who thinks I don't ride LOL On the way there it was 40mph gusts and shit loads of rain with oncoming headlights blinding me in the dark due to rain on and in my visor, fekin hate that. Clearer but colder coming back, I haven't been arsed to rig up power for my heated gear, not too cold though, only down to 8 deg C Here's a random pick of a scooter cos the dirt on mine would give Pete a heart attack3 points

Had a result last night, I looked on the online rota system and saw that I had no clinician for my shift so rather than drive to Launceston just to be sent home I rung the control room to see what they wanted me to do and they gave me the night off. Still get paid and got to sleep in my own bed. Nice . Put another 55 miles on the Hornet this morning but the weather was pretty shit so rain mode being careful.2 points
