It’s shit isn’t it, bloody rain all damn day. To make matters worse the road outside my house is at the bottom of a public byway which the electricity folks kindly dug up a few weeks back but made no effort to sort the surface out. Now every time it rains 5 tons of mud and crap washes down onto the road. Need to get myself a dirt bike I guess …5 points

I don't know......maybe playing the buffoon is just a ploy to get hits, which equals more revenue? After all, you can get right to the top in Britain by playing the buffoon! There's definitely an audience for it!4 points

That title oughta get Pete's attention.... But to his dismay, my new Mullet is NOT on top of my head.... it's actually the model name of this 2024 CyberBike eMtB I treated myself to just before Christmas. Most Emtb's crank around 85nm of torque as a typical spec....this gem puts out 130nm of torque....it get's right with the program! It comes with a 29" front wheel while the rear is a 27.5".....so, following dirtbike type geometry more & more. I had to cough up an extra $348 for an electronic LH shifter, which I should have early next week. Then I can finish off stream-lining the handlebar to make it a bit easier to operate w/ my hook. With 4-piston hydraulic calipers @ both ends....anodised hubs, 34mm fork, & a 1x10 gearset....there won't be much of anyplace this beast can't tackle. Better brakes than all 25 motorcycles I've owned! Thing'll stop as well as it goes... It even came with tools to finish the assembly process. It has 5 pedal-assist levels that can also be operated with a LH thumb throttle....so I should be able to ride UP my steep driveway....sitting down on the saddle.3 points

Replacing it myself is not an option on my watch! The wife used to do shit like that but that's too much for her now with her arthritis!3 points

I find him very annoying and lacking in any technical department. He constantly quotes wrong stats on bikes. Did'nt he ride back from France on one cylinder when the plug cap fell off. On another occasion the same thing happened and he went to remove the spark plug and realised he hadn't packed the ratchet arm? I wouldn't admit to it let alone film it! He seems to have a lot of followers so good for him but not for me, a posh boy with little common sense.3 points

It's been and extremely low amount of snow this year for us..there's barely 6 inches on the ground at the moment and long range forecast for the next two weeks all above 0c ...between 8 to 10c...think will be riding soon enough...all we need is a few rain showers to wash off the salt from the roads..figure I'll be riding by the end of March or early April...3 points

I’ll have it dialed in next week. I need to look at maps of the Via del Sale to figure out where it really is in real life, then I figure one day to get to your area to there and one from there to Milan.2 points
