Yes for a couple of years. Found it tall but fine while riding. I was more used to a Xl250 and 500r. DRZs lots faster and lighter, but tall. Very capable and reliable if you can find a good one. When I talk about falling off that's something I'm good at, never real hurt other than pride.

There are so many variables when equating engine hours to miles but as a ball park figure that is about 4520 miles. What has the bike been used for , has it raced enduro's or just trail-riding ? If it's a race bike then you'd be getting close to needing a top end rebuild if it hasn't already been done. Is it road registered ?

I could give you my honest answer, but it would bore you to tears.

I loved that when covid hit, they had to wait in their cars to be called in it was bliss. Now I don't work days and we only get a few Treatment Centres (TC) cases, mostly home visits or phone consults overnight so I hardly have to deal with that shite anymore.

Another thing with buying a second hand enduro bike is so many people disconnect the speedo and tape all the plastics up to protect it and then sell a high hour bike as a low hour bike and because it looks good you think your getting a good bike. I think with the fuel injected bikes now you can plug into the ECU to check if the hours are correct you have to check wear marks that are harder to hide like brake disc wear foot rest brake and gear lever wear rub marks on engine cases from boots and things like that, that's why i just stumped up the cash for a new bike because i'm the type that buys the shiny lemon money pit, just look at the dog

Years before covid i was attending outpatients at the hospital for a few weeks and would be stuck there for hours some times. The place was heaving as it was but you would see a few injured or sick people with all of their family there waiting with them taking up valuable space with their 6 scummy kids running riot, selfish fuckers the lot of them. If i ever take up arms and put people out of their misery it would be doctors and hospital waiting rooms usually full of chavs, Great since covid though the places are empty

I've had three DRZ's . There is a trail model 'S' and an enduro model 'E' . The E has the livelier engine and the S has more road niceties. They are great bikes apart from the lack of a 6th gear but the newest one would be over 15 years old now. Having said that if you buy a good one it won't lose value but there are some proper dogs out there which could be a money pit. Nope, at our surgery you can only phone for an appointment, if you go in person they will not entertain you........ yep it would get me out , but its a shit drive through town during rush hour....

What Fred said, a 350 will be plenty enough off road, if you turn out to be Billy Big Balls then you could move up to the 500 or get a smoker .
