Mate I have no intention of buying a BSA, its just I got an invite to go. Chloe will love it, I will get a go on a Goldie and you get a free burger. I am not their consumer base really as it's at Thor and they sell mostly Indian (Marcel) and chinkies. Plus some other stuff. The only thing they do sell that interests me is Beta. But I will go along for the craic and give Chloe another bike day out. https://thormotorcycles.co.uk/6 points

No point going out on the track just to get passed by turkey necked fuckers on KTM’s.6 points

It was nice to get out on the scoot to go and buy 4 new spark plugs from Euro Car parts, felt a bit over dressed, came the long (10 mile) way home.5 points

I still like the Mash, unfortunately the finish seems crap and I live near the sea. The reason I think the Goldstar would be a good bike for you is it is very much a bike for cardigan wearers.5 points

I have no other option other than to drive it as it is, if it does detonate, iam buggered. Upside is if it does, i will have to use the scoot for errands and shopping, on my own of course, wife can't get on it.5 points

Must be soul destroying to get yourself anew bike, then enter it into bike of the month and not even your mother votes for it.5 points

Once all the components (inlet & exhaust & FI & belts) are removed it may be quite a easy process, but I only have a cheap socket set (good ones stolen when shed was broken into) which I can almost guarantee is not up to the job. Anyway I bought 4 new plugs, fitted them and started the car, no undue sounds (so my wife says ) coming from the engine, going to take a ride in it tomorrow, stick close to home incase it goes Pop.....then daughter can tow me home Thanks Rich. but I would not bother you.3 points

I mean I'd love to get out on the track 5 or 6 times a year but it's not going to happen. I'm currently very content bringing up the kids and keeping them smiling, there's no better feeling than seeing them in their element. Obviously with Leo it's abit different as he can't do anything for himself but he's already getting his own little personality3 points

Yep as you get older the years pass by quicker & quicker.....I often sit and wonder where the last 40 odd years went....one day your 30, then suddenly your in your 60,s........if you have plans for the near future, do them as soon as possible, because if you dont it will suddenly become too late to, which I have found out!.. That was today's sermon.3 points

Good morning to everyone ! For me guys this is the best sound (until today) from exhaust in Tenere 700. A sunny and quick ride out to one of the beaches in my area. Kavala Greece. Turns, narrow roads, bridges and a crazy provincial straight that I reach top speed somewhere in the 8th minute. There is also an unexpected confusion from 2nd to 3rd gear in the speeds, a small thing. Here's the video2 points
