The lady that we rented our last place from had one of those in the garage. She couldn't use it though, because it had an electrical fault on it.

It's pretty ridiculous over there now! It's not just bikes, I see people posting that they've had campervans, caravans, dogs, etc stolen. It's like the wild west there now! Did I see a statistic the other day that only 6% of all crimes get solved? Anyway, I hope that he gets the bike back @gymwitch.

I used to have a Hooters name badge from Kimberley, who served us on one of my trips to the USA many years ago.

Atomic Rooster was the band that Carl Palmer was in before he formed ELP with Greg Lake and Keith Emerson.

Not many people remember Budgie, but they were certainly influential.

Just seen that Burke Shelley died a few weeks back. Cardiff lad.

Early ELO got me into Prog and Rock music in general. Wasn't a fan of some of their later stuff though.

I've got that on Vinyl too. I really need to get a turntable, as I've got a reasonable number of vinyl records that I've not listened to for a long time.

Singing "Why Can't This Be Love" whilst standing in a mens toilet could possibly send out the wrong message?

You'd love it here then, the roads are full of MAMILs.

I'm guessing that @Six30 joined up to troll them!

Yep, got a couple of bikes, but there's some great tracks here for mountain biking and the roads are generally pretty quiet, so it's not too much hassle riding on them.

How are you travelling over there, Mate? If you and the family were going by car via the tunnel I'd guess the risk is pretty low, but if you're flying, then the risk is pretty high. We have a similar dilemma to you, that my missus can't get more than a couple of days off work, so we'd be stuffed if she got Covid whilst visiting family in the UK. I'm retired, so I could go pretty much anytime. I guess I'll have to sort something out in the near future.

@Pedro is that Cape St Vincent in the distance in your photo?
