We're here for Christmas day, but hopefully flying to the UK on Boxing day to visit family for a couple of days.........all depending on strikes etc.

The new environmentally friendly bidets need a little refining.....!

Does the old Fowey ferry still run? Went on it a number of times when I was a kid on holiday with my parents.

They seem to get good reviews, so I'm hoping for good things. I like the Sharp 5* rating too. And the included pinlock.

New lid day. Decided that I'd like a system helmet with a drop down sun visor this time. Bit of a deal at 149€ I thought.

I've got my kit through for this. Looks awfully complicated!

We've got a smart meter, so we can see daily what our usage is, Pete. Down to half hourly segments. The price of wood pellets shot up this year here. We've got a log fire in the lounge too, but it's a bit of a faff to light it at times, so we just use it at the weekend now, for a bit of ambient light and heat.

I went to a restaurant in Germany a few times where one of the entrées was a kind of pork tartare. I tried it a couple of times, but wasn't really sold on it!
