Damn shame what happened to Randy Rhodes. He was a great guitarist.

Saw an article in the Express bemoaning the fact that P&O didn't sack any of their French staff................that's because they can't! French employment laws and all that!

Missus picked her new car up today. Cheap fuckers only gave her a bunch of flowers! I got a bottle of bubbly when I picked up my Triumph!

Yes, sacking all the sailing staff and then bussing in agency workers to replace them! The unions have advised their members to stay on the ships until talks take place! Anyway, it's all the EU's fault!

Correct. At Triumph's factory there.

Yeah, "scrambler" is just a marketing thing, it's not a real serious off-roader, but it's solid enough to be able to take a bit of punishment. The MT10 has an alloy frame, amongst other things, to reduce weight. My Speed Triple had a nylon fuel tank to save weight. There's all sorts of places that weight can be saved. The twin, Euro 5 exhausts, on mine don't do much to save weight!

As @Pedro says, more metal in it, bigger engine and wire wheels. But, because it carries the weight lower it doesn’t feel that heavy.

The weight is important, but also how it carries the weight. My Street Scrambler weighs nearly 30kg more than the CB500X, but the Triumph carries the weight lower, so it doesn't feel as top heavy as the Honda did. This makes the low speed manoeuvring easier for me on the Triumph. To be honest, I don't think that anyone is likely to launch a bike that is significantly better than what's already out there. It'll all come down to personal preference.
