I think so, most suitable places around here are around 100k mark so that over 35 yrs will be cheaper

No I don't have the dosh.... in fact I'm straight up skint, not a penny to my name currently all my money goes on food shopping and the rent/bills I have not a penny left afterwards. So rock and hard place it is for the foreseeable. I'm honestly thinking about selling the busa and aprilia to get funds to try and get a mortgage so we aren't paying nearly 800 quid a month on rent
