When I was a motorcycle courier in 2012 the first bike I had for it was a cbf600 hornet which was absolutely great for the role, then the company decided to go and fuck it up by making us all ride nc750x's which were very badly suited to the role I.e gutless. 112mph flat out and drank fuel

I took it to the dyno to see what it's putting out. I've done about 1300 miles on it this year which whilst not all that much it doesn't matter, I've been spending time with my family because I'm away pretty much all week and skye wants to spend all the time possible with me so I can't deny her that just so I can go out on the bike

Well that's the bike taxed and insured... £116 for the tax £256 for the insurance which is over a thousand quid cheaper than bemoto wanted for my renewal, it really boggles the mind how they can quote the renewal so much yet without even really shopping around I get a quote like this, and that was with legal aid and helmet and leathers cover which I didn't have on the old policy. Win win for me now I'll be using the bike to go to work for the foreseeable as the jag is out of mot ad it needs both intake manifolds replaced which is a pig of a job
