When I was at school I loved p.e didn't like cross country running but one sports day I did 1500m, 800m 200m and 100m all one after the other and won all bar 800m...
Was strange as a kid I was rapid over 100m(sub 11½s) but also good over long distance at 1500m
Now if I've got to do a lap of rugby pitch I'm fucked after 100m
