  1. It was just in Peterborough services....a quick comfort break was needed
  2. It is exactly that, dropping to 5th is the only way to combat it
  3. Mine has a 4 in to 1 and a quick shifter....I'm guessing it's a full system, it needs the fueling sorted as it's jittery with on off throttle
  4. Hey Caroline offered you're expenses so it would be rude of me to turn it down and you wouldn't want to show yourself up in front of a lady would you now
  5. Yeah that's a point I could always just get Pete to pay for it all just because..... Come on old man dig deep @XTreme
  6. As you full well know 95 on the busa is just too easy, I can't afford to not have self restraint..... What the fuck have I just done
  7. The ninja last night at the same speeds was on reserve at 107 miles and bailed out of it at 122 miles that really was a thirsty little fucker, I'll miss it but not for long
  8. Yeah I definitely get what you mean, I have the exact same thing with the busa
  9. Just did the figures and it is returning 58mpg I am very happy with that.....
  10. Also 185 miles from filling up to fuel light coming on but I didn't fill up till 205 miles is a big plus and I only put 16 litres in so I had nearly 4 litres left so I could probably have got near on 250 miles till it was really in need. And that was keeping the speed up between 80-100 except for the 40 limit around Leicester and the 50 at Elkesley and 70 average at Barnby area. I haven't done the figures but I'd guess more than 50mpg
  11. Just don't go for a gen 3 busa they are mud. Gen 2 busa all the way I guarantee you probably won't emerge without signing on the dotted line
  12. No? So it's quicker than billed eh?
  13. Hondabitch is a definite possibility fir XTremes forum name change
  14. I'd bet a busa is quicker and better at the ripping of arms from sockets
  15. Go on you know you want one
  16. Well for me it was effectively 4k
  17. Haha yeah basically, it truly defies physics how can it do what it does so well yet be such a big bike
  18. But it's equally very stable and easy to ride
  19. Honestly it is difficult to keep the speeds on the legal side, I was bimbling along at 95 this afternoon and I was shocked I was having to hold it back it just wanted to go faster, I was twisting the throttle around 2mm from closed to do 95
  20. I like the sound of Slowlycatchymonkey's busabeast...
