My go to's are Oxford sports throwover panniers, Oxford tail pack and Oxford xl tank bag, tank bag stays on the bike pretty much permanently and expands big enough for bait box, boots and overalls for work and its still not full the tail pack I have no idea on its size....60l maybe and 30l each side of the panniers so safe to say I am not short of storage when it's all strapped on

I have kinda finished rugby im just playing when I want to, I've dropped nearly 1stone and went training last night and feel good. I only plan on playing around 7 or 8 games this season to start really winding it in as I feel it needs to be a gradual process not just completely cold turkey....I don't have that kind of will power
