It isn't always sackings, this last place was more of a redundancy, we're still on good terms. The place beforehand I left before I smacked the owners face in because he was a complete bellend. Place before that was trade plates, I left there to go in to full time employment. So at no point have I been sacked, I've left of my own free will to go to another place that seemed at the time to have better prospects

There was myself as the only real full time driver and the gaffa of the place, now its just the gaffa as a 1 man band for the time being

It was the gaffa of the company that was in the fh16 when it went pop not me

I'm not sure it happens all that often but the company started up last March and was down to 1 truck and so they say they needed to pull in the purse strings so they don't go under.

The last one couldn't afford to keep me on due to the fh16 engine going pop otherwise I'd have still been there!

It was abit of a pain, mainly the sourcing of parts the replacing of said parts was easy enough

So they would be the commissioned officers then I'd guess

I think I payed 200 quid to buy it back and the repairs cost 400 or so but I had already been paid out by the insurance so I used that money to repair it, this was the first accident I had on my old ninja

I did the same, but I repaired the bike instead of replace

I have my airsoft gear to do that....
