  1. That's what I like about my busa yes it's 265kg but it's nice and low slung, it doesn't feel its a ΒΌ of a ton And the road holding is very good and predictable especially with the PR6GT front tyre, it grips the road in the wet as if in the dry
  2. In my opinion it should have been a 916cc instead of 1100cc....
  3. How did it go over the weekend? Is she indeed a danger to herself and others as her friends are claiming?
  4. At least its not genital warts and crabs like you pick up from your gay club meetings
  5. 2 trackdays.... would have been more if you'd have put them down as expenses like you said you would
  6. I've got no illusions that if you both just went for it you'd lose me but I pick things up relatively quickly so I think I could hold my own
  7. Everyone's face looks like that in a lid
  8. If its blubber its after then I'm not its meal
  9. Remember I'm not some unfit old codger, I've no bother with riding offroad... yes I've never been off road apart from mountain biking when I was younger and I wasn't bad at it so I have an idea of what I'm doing. As said if Bob or Fred would be willing to lend me one of their spares I'd gladly take them up on the offer. I unlike you don't shy away from water
  10. They couldn't lose us, it's only 20mph speed limits in Wales now, we're able to ride quicker here
  11. Not today there weren't, but I did keep my eyes out for one
  12. It most definitely isn't its too big if anything
  13. So I went out on the bike to ecp and time constraints meant it was straight back home to pick up the sprog
  14. Yeah that is the most likely culprit, it does make a slight knock when the brakes release so it is probably that
  15. That is a very big possibility, I always use the auto release with the handbrake and I'm going to bet that it's slightly on the sticky side and doesn't quite release the brakes properly so they could well be on ever so slightly without me realising, if so then a 4 way caliper rebuild would be on the way to make sure they are working properly
  16. On her mazda the front right brake pipe is starting to perish and on the jag the rear pads were below the legal limit which is a surprise since they were changed last year so nothing too big, got new pads and new pipe for 44 quid and they get the job of replacing them, the jag has an electronic handbrake and whilst I could do it I don't really have the will to be fucking around on the driveway in the wet/cold
