I passed my test and was looking at either the CB500X or the NC750X. The hubs was after a Tracer 900 gt. Im only 5ft 3 and it was suggested i might struggle with the X so i opted for the NC750s.
From a short arsed womans point of view its heavy to push about. Its got the turning circle of a ship and you can easily hit the rev limiter. However, once you get to grips with it its an easy bike to ride and it has some nice grunt to it in any gear. Ive put a puig touring screen on and fitted pannier racks. The touring screen was a must as i struggled on the motorway with it...i was hanging on rather than riding im just under 10st. Once rhe new Bridgestones were scrubbed in i found more confidence to lean in more and the bikes solid as a rock. The front 'tank' space is huge and can fit a helmet in. The petrol goes in under the pillion seat. Bloody hreat on fuel too !!! Great first big bike and im having a blast on it so far ☺
Yes the screen totally ruins the look of the bike in my opinion and does look like the queen aliens head in aliens so ive called her Ripley.
