Need more weight butt i was able to go deep today. Started cramping up so i had to surface and go in, baby steps, stronger every day i hope.

Top this i got the beach yoga instructor to zip me up in my wetsuit, i asked if she was strong enough, she said yes, yummmy, thats almost scoring right there...now i forgot who i was in love with.

Not sucking in, i weight 124 lbs now. Funny too cause every dad on the beach tody refused to take their shirts off for some reason while their wives put on their darkest sunglasses.

The main problem was i dint have the cover to pay for the pin the ortho guy wanted to put in the Tibs spiral, so i had a long recovery. The other problem was all injuries were made worse by the trama of the recovery effort. The helo was late again. The 6 hours of dragging the broken parts dint do them any good, shame rally i thought pain ment gain. My bad.
