Probably, the euro version was called the GTR if im not mistaken, and had differnet specs, my original Key say's GTR on it...butt officiailly its known as the ZG1000 StateSide™ after 1994....less sport more soft tourer for our interstate type rides...

Metal gas tanks are history...

You notice the weight of the fuel on this thing for sure, its being carried so high...

Plus its all top heavy weight! Im done with this chit! Why of Mother Earth do i need 7 freaking gallons of gas to cruise locally!?! Getting ready fir my Saturday night, all i need is 2.5 gallons imho 7 out, 2.5 in, easy peasy.... One problem im running a Pingle™ petcock in order to flow more fuel, it doesnt have a reserve position... When she sputters, shes out..... Dont matter each gallon is 6.2 pounds of dead weight

Looks like i paid $989 for the thing in 2012....not even broken in, 'puter safe...worth every penny imho, New England looses power for weeks not days, lots of trees Oh ps i think the new ones are made in china, have to look into that.
