Got almost all the ingredients I need which I was surprised about. Found crème fraiche so I can make soured cream. I don’t understand Spanish dairy products. I don’t know if they have single, double or whipping cream cos I don’t get the Spanish translations, for all I know it could say fermented yak milk Also people kept talking to me in Spanish, I think it being dark meant they couldn’t see how properly pasty white I am

It was 20 degrees when I set off to gather ingredients, by the time I’d finished faffing about it was dark and 14 degrees. The road back is 80kph and like Sir Fallsalot says the heated grips make the difference between feeling warm enough or not.

FFS I'm sick of all these different tech connectors. I've got a bag full of adapters and different leads to change one end to another but now I need USB C to mini (not micro) USB or Female USB to USB C to connect the Garmin to my laptop. I know all the tech companies are up in arms about the recent EU ruling to force all providers to switch to USB C by 2024 but I welcome it! Imagine one lead for all your devices.
