No worries, I'm lacking in meekness and that does seem to cause confusion.

I have evil relations and I prefer to stay off their radar. They're not all about the peace n love and they're skilled at fucking things up.
-
Dunno. Thats just being a bloke.

A shut-in is someone who is cut off from the rest of the world. Usually have low social skills and spend all day online. On the bright side its a step up from being an incel

Are you lot pretending you're not a bunch of shut ins?

So does that offer extend to people that previously (hopefully just previously rather than presently) annoyed you

Indian banquet and cocktails this evening. Doing Lamb Bhuna, King Prawn Korma, Aloo Gobi (the cauliflower and potato version), Bhaji rice, Poppadoms with chutney, raita n red onion and peshwari naans. Although I confess I’m not making the naans. Long Island Iced Tea for the crowd (G&T for me) and Screaming Orgasm for after. The cocktail that is

Goddam it Pedro you’re making me miss Spain a lot! Thats definitely going on my hit list. Now I’ve got to go and get something to eat
-
Excellent @Pedro Always nice to hear someone taking love n care over their dish. Agree coriander is preferable to parsley, parsley can have a soapy edge to it that drowns out other flavours. Your recipe is quite a common restaurant dish over here but it’s always with mussels, shame we mostly miss out on clams and other molluscs. It wouldn’t have crossed my mind to leave them in salt water. In the UK depuration automatically happens, you’d struggle to buy shellfish with any extras lurking but now you mention it I had noticed in Spain the prawns intestines are large and full. I have to pay quite a premium for ones that are clean. When I get back to Spain I’ll definitely be enjoying some clams. Thats made me hungry.
-
I wasn't hungry but suddenly I am Coriander and garlic I'm totally on board with but in the UK butter is the king of fats. Please post away, Im all ears.
-
The intestine on one of the razor clam was sooo bulbous even Geremy Clarkson would have had second thoughts
-
I do not know. Fishing for razor clams is forbidden in Scotland unless for scientific reasons. I think the 'normal' clams are large because they keep them in mahoosive tanks out the back. The thing that surprised me most was how tender and 'unchewy' it was. I really dislike the current trend in the UK for super sized shellfish that has little flavour and an awful lot of chewy matter involved.

You'd like this place then. Obviously you go for the premium stuff on top first, lobster, crab, crayfish etc and that was all ok but the bottom layer was superb. The mussels, cockles and clams where the best I've had. I don't think they've been done justice cos to me they've always been presented cold and boil to death.. and the vinegary jarred version.. The razor clams can fuck right off as well, I've had them pretty much raw and well cooked like elastic, they're never good. The oysters don't float my boat either but I've never enjoyed the mentioned 3 as much. They keep them live in tanks out the back and they were large but still tender (no rubber bands). If I went back When I go back Ill be skipping the lobster n crab part of it.

Here’s one I wanted to share last week but I was nervously conserving battery power most of the time. This was Lochlevans Seafood Cafes seafood platter. Sent me into a food coma for about an hour

I like a good plate. To save bunging up ‘Pedros Food’ thread if you have a good plate or pot or BBQ or whatever stick it here.

Yep. Test any of Bonnies and you’ll know straight away. I love them, love the way they look and feel but comparably they are cardigan n carpet slippers.
-
I haven’t tried that model but I test rode the T100 and liked it but wasn’t blown away. At the time it was that, the rninet or the Ducati scrambler in the vying and the performance of the 9T stole it. I wasn’t happy with the price tag or the bhp on a new T100 but I’d happily have a used one. I found it a very relaxing ride I smiled a lot. It had soft suspension. Rode over potholes like they weren’t there but didn’t feel planted on the corners. If the BSA hadn’t appeared that would have been the chilled ride I would of gone for.

Thats an indefatigable yes.. unless you're Canadian and you'll mistakenly think its correct.
