Spain has just dropped the requirement for teenagers to be double jabbed because the hotel association ripped into the government for causing them to already lose millions in cancellations.     Hungover. The pleasure pain ratio for whisky is well out of sync. Might wander down to a Chiringuito get a medical emergency glass of plonk and stare at the sea for the rest of the day. Or maybe just fester here eating crisps, watching crap on Netflix and wait for my son to get hungry enough to cave and cook the steaks. I don't know what to do, this is why hangovers suck

    Moved down to the west country when I was just 3 but born in London from London hippy parents, got called “LONDAAAN” for years n years and my parents believed the ‘carrot crunchers’ thing so I did too. If you want my direct ancestry just from my most recent ones youre only looking at Irish, English, Scottish, Welsh, Russian Jew, French and African.. and that’s just what I know for sure. I’m a proper mongrel baby My parents still call them carrot crunchers now What about everyone else? You Pete?

    hehehe yeh that'll be it a book thing you can't remember anything about Went out for a birthday lunch a couple of days ago and the discussion moved onto the latest television, most had seen the film Don't Look Up. Someone I always rated for their dry humour and reserved nature said he knows why social media is the current shallow shit show it is.. "its because of reading, go back 100 years there was one newspaper and that was it, now there's far more reading and thats what leads to the trouble" Oh dear, my sweet precious thing, you look good, you're a lot of fun but for gods sake only use your upper aperture for non talky stuff.

    They’ve gone to the pub for the works Christmas doo (yer I know it’s a bit late) and I’m staying put cos I’m a lightweight who can’t handle the hangover Everyone’s home this weekend so it’ll mainly be cooking and packing up ready for Mondays flight back to España. Can’t wait to ride in the warm sunshine again, this winters dull weather has sent me into full on hibernation mode.
