As Saville wasn’t a baddie at the time and it was clearly for entertainment purposes beating the shit out of him when there was a prior agreement makes him a bit of an ahole doesn’t it?

Unrealistic to think someone who has shown no interest in exercise will go out in all weathers to ride a bike. Also people who don’t ride bicycles don’t realise it can be hard work no matter how slow you go due to other factors. A static and a normal bike yer I can see that. Go out when the weathers fine but otherwise the temps Pete has to hide from during the day would mean it just won’t happen. When I was big into endurance cycling everyone had a static as well as a real bike because it was easier to build up cardio fitness and control the pace and because sometimes you just don’t want to go out in the ice and snow.

Cheeky git, I’ll have you know all of my female rels (bar me and one who’s a lot younger) have popped out brats into their late forties and early fifties, one of them had an oops baby at 56! And secondly fuck that!

Have exchanged on my sons apartment, due to complete on Thursday Feels weird, on one hand it's exciting and I'm really happy for them getting their first proper place and on the other I'm really not because this is probably our last summer all at home together.

You'll find Earl Grey jelly pairs better with berries

Smoked salmon and cucumber jelly, tasted great, not sure in my attempts to make a little flower of smoked salmon in the middle were entirely consistent, some of it looks in need of surgery

Ah I was referencing her back ache complaint. If you’re small you’re stretched out further, it can be tough on the shoulders and back.

Good Omens on Prime. Lightweight entertainment that raises a smile or two. Worth the time, kinda
-
Glad you’re feeling better now, sounds like it’s been a rough one!

Speaking of wonky donkeys @Saul’s been a bit quiet and where’s @Tango? I think we are entering the phase when we need to contact social services if someone doesn’t check in
-
She is small though, a larger person wouldn’t be stretched out that far.

Sometimes there is a bit if that involved too. They never want a job as a bog standard farm hand
-
Mind you there are still plenty of life on the farm type programmes aren't there!
-
Some people get an idea about wanting an outdoor life, or moving to the countryside as a fix for a working life they hate. Often people who have spent some time bored to tears in an office in a town or city doing a pointless job they dislike. I used to blame 'The Good Life' but now they are too young to have a clue about that programme

I have to own that one, it wasn't at all clear

It's near always downhill that does it. You can try shortening your gait when going downhill. Smaller steps can reduce the pressure.

Cuckoo in the nest. Meaning: An issue or a problem, etc, is a cuckoo in the nest, it grows quickly and crowds out everything else. Another woman, masquerading as a friend looking for a husband, any husband so long as it's a farmer.
-
Me, I was being sarcastic that the frame wouldn't take it, that got well n truly lost in translation didn't it
-
Nope. They had a cuckoo in the nest. Pretty, slim, wanted to marry a farmer...
-
Just sarcasm

Bonkers! I'd worry the RE frame wouldn't take that weight for long! Very entertaining though. She was having a lot of fun. My Himalayan is currently stuck in clevedon cos they sent him the wrong oil filter! Poor guy is already really behind, he's been desperately trying to get everyones work done being he goes off for just short of a month! Now he has both of my touring bikes there so I hope he gets one down or I'll have to drive a poxy car to Brighton BOOOOO

It's just about to tip into that territory hence having to write a letter. They have been involved just once as he had to renew his shot gun licence, they came around and he lied about he marriage being sound. The police obviously picked up on something asked her on her own, she didnt know what had been said and told them they have separated and are in the process of getting divorced and that he wasn't living there. They let him keep his guns on the understanding they were kept in the gun cupboard where they are registered and told her she must let them know immediately if he comes to get them. Well he took them, she got scared and the police took the guns. Thank fuck.
