  1. Yes please. Would be appreciated.
  2. Yep it’s the same everywhere, not just in the UK either. So I looked at private. Surprisingly inspite of demand there’s hardly any private concerns either, we’d have to travel at least two hours, plus the ones that exist are already bunged up with desperate people. One of them is in Truro though if that’s any help. Just re-mortgage your house before you ring
  3. But this one being put away dirty, yer that’s on me. are you itchy yet Pete?
  4. Yes mum Weren’t me anyway, honest. It was due to have fancy heated grips fitted and I was away so Mr Slowly took it in. It’s a short motorway ride away so it got plastered. He offered to wash it but.. I’ve watched him wash cars and bikes and umm.. well lets just say I’m careful how I do it, all grit is removed, snow foam is used, there’s careful rinsing before any suds get near it etc etc I thought “thanks for taking my bike in but now only wash it in this very precise order” might be pushing it a bit
  5. Finished work. Am outside washing the Goldstar as it was filthy and if perchance a pic happens tomorrow Pete will break out in a rash at the sight of it.. for more than one reason I’ve even opened a box of autoglym wax I bought 5 years ago and never used, probably a tiny desiccated disc in a tub by now
  6. Might go out on the BSA tomoz. Might even take a pic. No promises
  7. Get this for a long NHS waiting list- One of my sons has always had ants in his pants. Basically undiagnosed ADHD. This has never bothered any of us as he a very happy, positive, energy filled ball of life. However at uni working at a higher academic level the lack of concentration is effecting him as we suspected it would so went to the GP last May for a referral. So one year on I email to check where he is on the waiting list. Apparently they didn’t receive this referral until October and have said - It’s approx 18 months to get ‘triaged’ then you go on another list for assessment which is 18-24 months after which if diagnosed you go on a ‘new patient’ list for which the wait is in excess of 5 years. So a total of 8 to 8 1/2 years. WTAF
  8. I looked at those helmet carry straps, essentially a long bit of webbing with the corresponding ratchet end to fit your lid but I don't think I could be bothered to carry it when I'm not using it.
  9. Decided to make this mornings walk to the tiny 'high street' next to where I live. I've not been there other than to drive through for years due to it being down at heel and not having anything useful in it - four estate agents, three pubs, two funeral parlours and six - yep six barbers. It's changed a bit around here since I last ventured out. As I walked along passing people said "Good Morning" and smiled.. WTAF where have the miserable ne'er-do-wells gone? There are now three cafes in the high street, quite full of people (who look like they have a wash every now and then) enjoying a cup of tea or breakfast chatting away. And BONUS theres now a butcher.. a BUTCHER a really bloody live (or mostly dead) butchers. I know where I'm walking tomoz, there will be thick cut fat marbled steaks at the end of this rainbow.
  10. Current shoei is 5 years old, no intention of replacing it yet. It has minor monkey damage, managed without the aid of live monkeys and a simple bit of gravel.
  11. Loved it. Gently amusing. Mr Slowly enjoyed it too.
  12. Wow she’s a lot taller than you then?
  13. You’re far more likely to have experience living off a prostitutes earnings. Or at least bagging up dead ones.
  14. 3.5 - 4 A pair of walking boots I’d completely forgotten turned up in one of the store tidy ups and had been left by the front door. I saw them and wondered whose child was in the house
  15. They seem to be the boot of choice amongst my cronies but sadly don’t make them small enough for me. Heyho.
  16. Would be fine if they provided an override option if the vehicles not actually unsafe. Before you tapped override you would have to read a list of potential faults and the complications. They could even give advice on speed, temp, revs, distance or whatever that is ok cos it’s not always realistic to sit in the middle of nowhere.
  17. I would have got off the motorway
  18. Sorry I’ve missed all this stuff. So you got it all cleared up and there was stuff missing?! Does Paco know?
  19. probably not but if I asked them if they wanted to motorbike to Canada I guarantee they’d all say yes
  20. Yep, just more stuff to go wrong.
  21. So long as it’s not the ‘no data no sat nav’ woman thats dandy
