It’s well known for sending you off to sleep but then disrupting the type of sleep you get, for some the disruption wakes you up. Hmph. If I’d had more I wouldn’t have woken but then I’d of felt groggy today and I don’t enjoy that. Bit annoyed I sabotaged myself cos I was looking forward to beer and the rugby today and now I don’t fancy it. Heyho.
