How about putting four, or maybe five, images there, and each month one gets shunted off and replaced by a new one? Image quality might suffer slightly maybe but it should be easy enough.

I just looked at an old photo in Lightroom setting the crop for 1920 x 200 and this is what I got. It's the bit in the middle. Not great is it? Maybe I should have done it as pixels rather than dimensions.

Perhaps in future all photos for BOTM need to be 1920 x 220 or something that can be cropped to that. That's about 8.7:1. Wide angle shots preferred. Is that about right size wise @XTreme?

I've looked as well. The article you refer to, and others by Bennetts and MCN, refer to the law for guidance in Ingurlund. I have a feeling that the law is different here. Didn't they make a lot of things law at the beginning of December in order to give the police more powers to deal with the National Park visits? I fear that recreational use of bikes might well be in there somewhere, but I can't find any details!
