A bit better here....no frost or fog this morning......still only 4c though.

Your story reminds me of that woman on 24 hours in A&E programme that was shown recently. Always said running was not good for you.

Not 100%, but better......was still exhausted after the bit of gardening I did.

I decided to try and do a little gardening today........ would have been easier if I had a jack hammer......ground frozen solid.

That's good .....the girls are good at our audiolgy dept......but not very up to date with accessories which are not available.....as they do not stock them.

I can make or tail of what accessories will work with my aids..........thicko me.

Apart from the aids I cannot get anything from our local audiology dept...... Hope they work out great for you.
