My search went straight to it.

When we had it bad the cough was not constant......seemed to effect my wife more when she laid down to sleep......me, I would cough until I nearly gipped (puked), then ok for a while...then repeat,

That's the wife's department...she is good with numbers.

I feel OK now, i still find somethings more tiring than they use too..... I seem to have a feeling like I am going to get a cold, funny sensation in the back of my nose and throat, and snotty most of the time. But the other worse symptoms have gone......cough and sore throat.

Can't remember the last time my pulse raced.....at a guess it was walking up that hill to Tesco,s.......

.......quiet ain't it.

Same here.......mild till late Saturday then temps falling all of next week......but its February, expect this weather.

My problem is I keep cars too long, by the time I think about selling they are only fit for the scrapper.

Still not used my bus pass.....and my mugshot on it is starting to fade.

Wife's mother and father went on a bus holiday to Ilfracombe......got on the bus in Mansfield at 10am.........at 2pm they were still picking up people in............................................Birmingham which is a hours drive from here.

Don't hold your breath on them being repaired.....

Good thing you did not come out of Nottingham to our area, the roads around here are a disgrace....seen potholes nearly 6 inch deep....people complain to Mansfield District council, but they blame Notts council as they are responsible for road repairs, so nothing gets done.

The scoot needed a run, and I can put up with the cold, it is not like I was far from home and warmth. But (unlike you) I do not have a eye for photography, mine always look rubbish.

Could have some rain here tomorrow.....not bothered because we may have our granddaughter to look after...teachers on strike.

Weeding the borders .....taking a age because so many flowers starting to show.....doing my back no favours....but at least it is sunny and warm out of the breeze.

My mother in law had 2 words she struggled with....."can you collect me something from Argosy" (Argos) And specific....she always said "be more Pacific"

It may as well be put to good use....tie breaker.

My daughters nickname is Rocket Gob. She ordered a Piaggio 50cc scooter just before her 16th birthday.....I called in at the shop in Nottingham to see how it was progressing with the registration and pre delivery inspection...was told it was ready to be collected. Daughter was on nights that week so she said leave it till the weekend.....,that night the shop burnt down to the ground...took 2 and a half months before they got her a replacement scoot.
