I would say they may have paid part of the monies to cover the policies till the end of January, to cover riders, and pocketed the remainder.

Have MCE payed the money to the insurance companies who the policy is with? Their troubles started in November 2021, they stated then that all policies would be honoured, but added a update recently that all current policies finish at the end of January.

Don't know of the legality, but the guys on FB said they had received a e mail stating their insurance policy will be ended at the end of January.....

And the chances of getting any monies back from a company in administration is almost zero.

Would anybody re insure with them after being shit on once? Some guys on FB say their insurance is not due to expire till August or September........been fleeced.

Seen some comments of FB that they are still on the comparison websites, Others have said that they are a nightmare to deal with if help is needed with a claim.
