So last week after washing the bike I got it up on the ramp to check things over. I found that one of the footrest springs was missing and I really didn't like the gear lever as it was very cruddy. New stuff arrived this week............. The bolt on the gear lever didn't give up without a fight , it needed heat, WD-40 and a long breaker bar to free it............... Old and new together ............ and fitted, along with new footpeg posts and springs ............

Nope, I had a good rant about it here. @Six30 said I would probably get offered a course rather than points. You're too busy trolling @XTreme to take notice of anything else ...................

My day today will mainly consist of taking my 'speed awareness' course

I wouldn't bother with the decals, or just keep them until you sell the bike.

Bikes are pretty reliable now Fred but yes it concerns me as well if you're in the middle of nowhere. That's why I rode on a flat tyre last month to get to some sort of civilisation

Nice report @Pedro , I love those steady gravel trails around the lake. Moments like this , meeting that old guy stay with you forever, what a character -

It was a glorious morning today so Paolo and I set off for a walk along the old Midland line that used to run from Bath to Bristol. We got on it at Staple Hill as Paolo had never walked through the tunnel before , it was a frosty start but the sunshine was great . Can you spot the pigeons ??
