  1. I excepted the weight I'm at a while ago, I'm still pretty active but at the age of 65 it's not going to go down now
  2. The main aim of the TRF is to keep the lanes open , Fred would be able to tell you more as I've not been a member for over 15 years.
  3. There are good groups and bad groups, I think Fred's group (South Wales TRF ) are pretty active but as a whole the TRF is a bit like the government . The closer you get to the top , the more likely you are to meet the knobbers.
  4. I've done my time in the TRF , I was the Bristol group rep and sat on National exec meetings. I can't ever see myself doing that again, the politics and in-fighting did my head in. I know enough about ROW to manage by myself but for anyone new to the game then yes it's a good place to start.
  5. I think Fred is more in my ballpark , I'm 87kg.
  6. I love this , it sounds like they're having a huge debate but set to music .................
  7. I'm not sure if either of my bikes can take 116kg of muscle
  8. Yeah, I did a bit of research and apparently Gloucestershire are c*nts
  9. I'm listening to the expert here
  10. My wife got done for 26 in a 20mph and she got a course but that was in Bristol. this is Gloucestershire and I've been told they are c*nts
  11. Yebbut you would have been doing 99mph
  12. It's just another form of tax over here @Marcel
  13. I really hope so, my licence has been clean for over 20 years. I suppose the law of averages was against me
  14. It's a F8cking joke on a wide road like that
  15. Yeah , must've been . I certainly didn't see anything, it's a wide dual-carriageway so f*ck knows where he was hiding ..........
  16. W*nkers This just dopped through the letter box ..............
  17. Is that his idea of foreplay ..........
  18. Well worth a visit if you're in the area Dave
  19. Yeah come on Pete , get off your lazy ass and get attended to ...........
  20. On the way home it was a case of dodging showers all the way back .................... It was looking really threatening as I approached Batheaston so I stopped at a cafe to get a bite to eat. Fecking £10.70 for a bacon ciabatta and a coffee I took revenge by taking a very smelly dump in their toilets before I left . At least i could keep an eye on my bike from where I was sat in this massive mirror..............
  21. and the last place had some real oddballs ................. and if I could have taken any one of the cars home with me it would have been this one. A series one Honda Civic with the Hondamatic gearbox............
  22. There was a small hall with motorcycle and pushbikes in as well..........
  23. Down in the newest hall were some good and some not so good cars that you'll probably all remember............... Love this Jag 420............ I drove a Scimitar like this back in the day , I can even remember the reg number , 4DOP................... one for @Catteeclan, it was only a 1600L though Dave but quite tidy ............. This Mini was unusual in that it didn't have a conventional gearbox , just some torque converter arrangement that gave a forward and reverse gear. It was supposedly Alec Issigonis's own car ...............
