  1. That's Scutty , he is a man of taste. He has a Desert Sled as well
  2. Those Shad's are just ugly copies of Givi's boxes. If you want the real thing I have some (Givi) in my garage, you can have one for free. This is what you call sleek and practical, you can even balance your helmet on it without it falling off...............
  3. That's all down to personal preference, I don't find it anymore of a pain riding my CRF250 Rally on a long distance than I use to on my KTM950ADV. There is also the fact that 85 mpg is a lot better than 42 mpg with fuel prices as they are now.
  4. Interesting you say that. My Honda is built in Thailand and I have just received (this morning) a sumpguard and air filter from Thailand , genuine Honda parts exactly the same as you would buy from any dealer in UK. Admittedly they took 12 days to get here and the shipping was £25.42 but here's the rub............. The sumpguard cost £16.04 and the air filter was £7.28, now I'll give you the prices for exactly the same parts with Honda part numbers from any Honda UK dealer, £107.74 and £26.74
  5. It could be the perfect bike to ride across France (doing some TET sections) and down to the Pyrenees
  6. True Fred but we all know that the Honda would never cut it as a rally bike This bike looks like an out and out race bike and you know more than anyone all that stuff gets in the way when your riding UK trails (they are not usually wide and open) . The only reason I have the Rally rather than the CRF250L is that you get that bit of protection for road journeys (I've been to France twice on it) and that makes it a lot more comfortable than the 'L' on a long journey. I personally think they will sell loads of them if the reliabilty and spares back up is as good as KTM and all it's clones .
  7. A mate of mine has just ordered one but imo unless you're doing Rally's then it's just overkill for UK trails
  8. What about the accent of a Spanish/Welsh DMB lover ...........
  9. I haven't watched it so I didn't hear the accent but you all sound the same to me anyway ..................
  10. No. it's definitely not more upmarket although it's not as bad as in the 1970's , it was like the wild west then
  11. Sausages were pretty average but on the plus side I'll eat rocket with almost anything.
  12. That’s my ‘I’m feckin soaking ‘ face. You’re right though, I don’t have your superior Viking genes or your appetite for strawberry ice cream
  13. Pork sausage, caramelised onion and rocket
  14. That won’t change anything because all the scrotes from Knowle West and Hartclffe will still do their shopping there. I predict a sea of munters
  15. Been up to Peter Hammond motorcycles as they are closing down. A bit damp on the way …. Currently sat in AV8 cafe as it’s absolutely chucking it down
  16. Lots of them in Bristol have been nicked , repainted and hot-rodded. If you know the right peeps you can get the Hyabusa version of the scooter
  17. As a forum moderator it is my duty to inform you that it's bad etiquette to be taking photos with your pyjamas on. Please do not do this again ..................
  18. Bang on Fred, I'm going to get me on of those
