  1. Preventative maintenance Pedro, definitely a good thing I replaced one of the cams on my orange KTM 950 because the coating had started to pit.
  2. Cheapskate, you've got to be worth a cow at least.................
  3. That's what I thought you'd say but I didn't realise you could weld , top man what say you @XTreme
  4. I just bought a book from France so I shall be spending my time reading it ................... well , when I say 'reading ' I probably mean 'looking at the pictures '
  5. That's superb Fred, how did you fix the shaft to the pedal ?
  6. I remember when some newbie on a Honda forum was ripping into me for having a KTM, he went on and on about how KTM parts were soooooooooooo expensive , blah, blah , blah I asked him what bike he had, he replied that he had an Africa Twin and that it was the best bike ever. I said to him , you're right mate, great bike.......... until you have to buy parts for it. He kept on calling me a liar about the cost of the parts , KTM parts are twice as expensive as Honda blah, blah , blah until another forum member pointed out that I worked for a main dealer and that selling Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Piaggio , Triumph and KTM parts was my job
  7. How did it sound/feel Fred , I presume it passed the MOT ?
  8. I just type Welsh ginger dago and all those come up
  9. What do you expect from a Ginger dago molester
  10. I've come across unfinished roadworks like that in Spain, not much fun on your sportsbike but a good laugh for us on trail bikes. We were all on small/mid sized trail bikes and were passed by some Germans on smooth tarmac . They were quite rude in their riding and just sort of barged past us , cutting in at the last moment and stuff but we had the last laugh as we caught them up crawling along in the roadworks and belted past them , roosting them with gravel and dust
  11. You need to get Tony the Tools round to remind you how you remove it
  12. Nice one Fred, I'm pleased that the Dog lives on
  13. I paid £5 for my first Belstaff wax cotton jacket (s/h) , it was a stinky piece of overrated shit by todays standards but that's about all their was for trail riding years ago
  14. I have a fair bit of Klim gear. My Overland jacket and trousers have been superb, Powercross gloves are the most waterproof gloves I've ever owned, Dakar gloves not so good as they wore out pretty quick and my Krios Carbon helmet is pretty crap for the money. I recently bought a Rukka jacket as I think Klim have lost their way and got very expensive.
  15. My OS map collection @Sir Fallsalot Those are just a few of them
  16. For an intelligent bloke I wonder if you've got your brain in gear sometimes. I would estimate that it takes all of 10 SECONDS to remove a top box so that you can take a better photo . Then you may stop moaning about not ever winning
  17. Just punch Marty McFly in the face and run
  18. I wouldn't trust anybody with a haircut like that
  19. How that twat Cressida Dick stays in charge of that lot god only knows. How many more scandals on her watch are needed before she gets the push, she doesn't even apologise for the actions of her force until she has to.
  20. Met police Pedro, they're a law unto themselves .
  21. Granted but what's the point as you never take it out and ride it
