That was Tom's farm, he's long gone now and before he died got hounded by locals even though it was in the middle of nowhere

Thanks for showing us the real Faro, as you pointed out about the huge biker rally it was the only thing I knew about Faro before. Are those house on the edge of the beach at risk of flooding from winter storms ?
-
I really hope so mate. Then I need to get my legs up to strength so probably just ride the small bikes first.
-
I'm really, really hoping it'll be 4 months as the scar is behind my knee and not on the stump where there's more pressure when walking, I'll know more when I go to see the consultant but that's not until 29th September, so lots of potentail for boredom until then

That's some driving, one mistake and you've more or less had it.

How to terrify kids in one easy lesson

Beleive me Yen, that took some getting upright. The photo just doesn't do justice to how steep and bloody slippery it was.

If you can't lift your own bike up you should be choosing another bike. When your on a muddy trail with a camber it can take a bit of effort and ingenuity but you should always be able to lift it up by yourself .

Nice one Ian , good to see you getting out. I'd give that biker party a miss if I were you, @Six30 reckons the Pink Ladies parties are much better
-
Sorry to hear that Keith

Hi Harley Lady, good to have another Harley rider here as the we’ve got at the moment is a bit dodgy

My wife made her Prawn pasta on friday, it's one of my favourites. She makes it with three dried chillies in there to give it a bit of bite.

You going to the show at Builth Fred ?
-
Bollox, like he says, supported them when they were in the 3rd division. You live in Kent, what's wrong with supporting Gillingham ?
-
Totally agree with that. I've supported my local team since I first went in 1966, we'll never win anything big but that's not the point. btw @Mawsley, The only time I've ever had a bet at a match was at Leicester circa 1978 ? , I go the score right 1-2 win for us at 16-1 and it paid for my day out

We've got loads of them out in our back lane but I only have 3 or 4 now. I've learned my lesson from when I was a kid and the belly aches I had after stuffing my face with them
