  1. No, that bloke was called chalky
  2. I’m on tenterhooks now
  3. The desert sled is the only decent version of the Scrambler
  4. In the last 20 years I've had a couple of 6 month periods without riding because of surgery and the recovery time (like now). Before I lost my leg I had a period of about 9 months where I didn't have a bike and drove my then girlfriend mad as I was constantly looking at bikes. I pointed out to her that at least I wasn't looking at other girls I remember being in the car with her one day and two of my mates were outside his house, I stopped to say hello and admire his new Z1000ST, he asked if I wanted to try it ? I told my girlfriend that I'd just be 5 minutes and came back nearly an hour later, she wasn't impressed
  5. You're bang on mate, the trouble was a lot of people fell for it hook, line and sinker. And don't get me started on the lying bastards mantra of the NHS being better off to the tune of 350 million a week
  6. I saw a video from Cycle World on this bike, I really like the the look of it. If they can deliver it at a good price it should give Yamaha and KTM a run for their money.
  7. Yep, we voted to leave and now verybody hates us in Europe.
  8. I’m the same Pete (not that I’m planning to move) but if it didn’t have a garage I wouldn’t even consider it

  14. Tym lives in his own network, It's the network of tYm .................................
  15. Sorry Lionel but do you speak from experience ? I've owned KTM's for the last 15 years and if you're servicing them yourself the parts are cheaper than any Jap bike.
  16. I'd love to see them live Ian but I think I'd have to go in disguise as i'd probably be about about 30 years older than anyone else in the audience
  17. It will be interesting to see how you compare it against the KTM
  18. Well done the posh boys, now send in the rough dudes and kick his scrawny ass
  19. He must do as he took it off to paint it, unless he got Tony the Tools round to remove it for him
  20. Yes, that's not much is it. We live on approx £1500 a month but that depends on how much work I do, if I didn't have my pension we'd really struggle. My bikes are bought from my buying and selling so I keep that seperate from household stuff.
  21. Why can you never retire Pete ? do you not want to retire or does your financial position dictate that ?
  22. Absolutely, just take it off for the photo
  23. So you're shoving them all in the back of a van @Six30 stylee ? You do know that you can rent a mini-bus with seats and all that
