  1. Not true as far as UK citizens are concerned. We are not allowed to leave our shores for a 'holiday' , you risk a £5000 fine without a valid excuse for travel abroad.
  2. Is the case rate/death rate getting worse Chris ?
  3. Another ace rideout Chris, I have to say though that this doesn't look very 'golden'
  4. I can just remember that, we had to take the train to go to my Nan's at Clevedon (only 15 miles away) , it was a steam train as well. Very excting for a 5 year old
  5. I've got one dollars worth of hard drives, shit I have no idea what I'm going to spend all that on .

    Baja!!!

Excellent stuff, those big GS's must be hard work in the deep sand. Good call avoiding the silt, that may have ended in tears . With the way our lockdown has gone in UK it's kind of hard to comprehend that you dudes are out there doing this stuff.
  7. I'm pretty certain Fred would second that idea ?
  8. I found some lovely nature today........................ I don't fancy the chances of that Duck
  9. Once again that looks ace to me Chris. I can't see me going to France again this year (missed out last year), it's becoming very depressing .
  10. Should have primed it first Pete with plastic primer, very light sanding and then the top coat. Anyway, it doesn't look too bad to me.
  11. Bloody hell Tym , agent orange !!! Take it easy mate, whtever surgery you're having I wish you all the best
  12. What Fred said . I carry a leatherman but that's just for basics. At the very least carry a tyre compressor so at least you can inflate a flat until you get to a garage. What's the Himalayan tool kit like , could you remove either wheel with it ? If not you need to be thinking about a tool kit that will do the job ?
  13. I don't think you'll be dissapointed Pedro but if they're expensive in Portugal go for the Michelin Tracker.
  14. Cheng Shin are Taiwanese and have a substatial holding in Maxxis
  15. What's for dinner Nan................... Nan's reply............ Ham , Jam and Baa Lamb
  16. The Maxxis M7304 front presently on my CRF Rally has over 4500 miles on it now including a trip to France and back, I reckon it'll do another 1000 miles easily. Tyres are a very individual thing but I'm very confident in the Maxxis.
  17. I would say that the tyre is your problem. AC10 fronts have a reputation for bad wear, they're quite dangerous in the wet as well. It's strange as the rear AC10 is pretty good. Michelin have replaced them with the Michelin Tracker but if you can get Maxxis Maxxcross IT Pro's then they are a much better tyre for around the same price. https://www.24mx.co.uk/motocross-parts/motocross-tyres--rims_c350/motocross-tyres_c351/maxxis-m-7304d-mx-21-front-mx-tyres_pid-PM-4904663?gclid=Cj0KCQjw3duCBhCAARIsAJeFyPW1dywFUYHt4Ftb_0xjQXxf9ympJDcYjhIxUk0u_LAP0bh57pcW5CMaAoiWEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
  18. How old is the tyre? was there any aggressive acceleration or braking ? these are factors that will cause tyre-creep. Has the tyre been on the rim for a long time ?
  19. How low do you run your tyres ? I never run mine lower than 16psi even in real sloppy conditions. Only ever had one 'tyre creep' in 40 years of off-road riding.
  20. I can't help you with this as I don't use tyre locks Pedro, they're a pain in the ass imo. This is my tyre pump, absolutely bulletproof but a bit expensive to buy........... https://bestrestproducts.com/shop/cyclepump-ez-gauge/cyclepump-expedition-tire-inflator/cyclepump-expedition-tire-inflator/
  21. Ace Pete, looked worth going too. I also see that you’ll be buying some real knobby tyres soon and become an enduro god ?
  22. @Sir Fallsalot Fred, are you out of lockdown now, can you travel within Wales ?
