I have about five plans for this years trip already floating around in my head , personally I don't think I'll be going anywhere in Europe this year. It'll be a no go due to Covid rules (isolating) or we'll be priced out of any travel .

That's a great report Ian. I think a lot of people get the wrong idea about Essex, they imagine it's all chavs living in their mock Tudor 1950's semi's but you've shown that there's some real history there.

I have no experience of any of KTM's current line up but owned 950/990 Adventures for 15 years. On those bikes I used a Wolfman Enduro tank bag, I still have it and it's still works just fine.

I remember this report as well and so inspired by Chris's ride report when me and my mate were on our way to Spain in 2014 we decided to visit the site. It's a very sombre place to visit and earily quiet but I'm so glad we made the effort to go. Some pics............
