I have Mitas E-07's on my DR650 right now, they're a great summer tyre when you don't need something quite so 'nobby'. Mitas and Maxxis both make great tyres for trail/enduro/adeventure bikes.
I miss the Michelin T63, one of the best dual-sport tyres ever, I use Pirelli MT21 instead now. I don't consider either of these an 'enduro' tyre, as an enduro tyre on my CRF250 Rally I use Maxxis IT Pro.
62 years ago my in-laws moved to Britain to get married and start a new life for themselves, purely because in the small village they lived in Italy the two families hated each other ?
Well there's a mistake right away. Jeans are the worst thing you can wear in hot weather, no airflow. Get yourself a pair of dedicated riding trousers, my Klim Dakars have a vented, elasticated area around the crotch, no more betty's for me
Tomorrow is beer day, it's the only day I have a drink really so I look forward to it. Apart from that I may jack up my car to see if I can find an annoying rattle.
Your plan sounds doable Chris although I've no idea why you want to go to Brighton, it's just full of queers standing around on the beach with thongs on .
Cheddar gorge is nice but might be a bit of a let down compared with the Gorge du Tarn, Verdon etc
I would be more than happy to guide you around the Cotswolds and Bath.
There is absolutely nothing good about them, you can't give them away. I sold a front wheel with a good tyre on it (they're 16'' jobbies) on auction and got 99p for it
