Smart motorways are probably the main reason I rarely ride on motorways on a bike .

I've been in the garage today , put a new spark plug in the WR. Oil change as well and made a seal scraper to clean out one of the fork seals. Dog walking tomorrow then beer and footy again.

I've never had one but it's basically a Dominator engine in a road bike . 14k is no mileage so that's a great start, have a good look at the rims as Honda's of that time period suffer with rim rot. @Sir Fallsalot may be able to help you more .
