  1. Jesus, how on earth did her leg end up in there
  2. I'm not even going to start on the laundry girls when I was a driver for Clifton Cleaning in my early twenties . There was one girl (married) who dyed her hair blonde and tried to convince me that she was her sister (single) just to try and get me to go out with her
  3. Has anyone nominated @XTreme for TOTY as this is blatant late move for the crown
  4. There's just no reply that is right for that statement
  5. He can't have a noisy one, those bungalows have thin walls.
  6. Now I'm not an expert of these matters but wouldn't vessel be better employed in Dover rather than the Fowey estuary
  7. That is the best post I've seen for ages and totally correct on all counts
  8. As @Pedro has already been nominated i'd like to nominate @Saul
  9. There is one person on here who is a complete and utter TWAT but I won't nominate him as I reckon we use it as a term of endearment and there is nothing endearing about that person . So I'm left with a toss-up between two peeps. @Marcel continues to be in top twat form but I'm going to nominate @busabeast as he has come out with some proper winners this year
  10. That's so true I can remember coming by the Veranda (spelling ?) in about February of 1993 on our trail bikes , covered in shit after doing Gwynre Fawr and the Gap road. There were about 30 power rangers stood there all freezing their bollox off because you had to wear leathers to match your sportsbike . They looked at us like we were aliens but even though we were covered in shit we wern't dying of cold like them
  11. I used to deliver to the Hoover factory in Merthyr back in the day. there were some women who worked there that were VERY easy to please
  12. Ah ! the joys of old bikes
  13. When they were only building 125's and Scooter yes, but now theyre building big bikes and enduro/rally bikes so they'll surely have to make provivsion for spares back up ? If small Euro companies like Beta, Sherco etc can do it then surely they can ?
  14. From what I remember the copper told my Mum it wouldn't be recorded. When he was gone she gave me a clip around the ear and then told me that the copper was a wanker
  15. Spares have always been the problem with Chinese bikes, you would have thought they'd sorted it out by now .
  16. Lol, I knew the works Xmas party would have something to do with it
  17. That's still the worry isn't it Chris but I have two mates who have bought the Kove450 Rally and they're quite impressed so far. I think I prefer to wait until they're a couple of years old and then see what they're like .
  18. This morning Paolo and I went for a walk along another section of the old railway line/cycle track. This time we picked a section in Staple Hill on the outskirts of Bristol and set off in the direction of Bath. There was a bit of drizzle and it was very grey but not so bad for walking. After about a mile and a half we came to the junction at site of the old Mangotsfield station. Here you can see where the branch line went off to the left to go to Yate while the main line carried onto the right towards Bath........... and up amongst the trees are what remains of Mangotsfield station ............... It was here that Arnold Ridley of Dad's Army fame got the inspiration to write a play about a ghost train which was turned into a film https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Ghost_Train_(1941_film) We walked on further and came out by the back of the old St. Ivel factory . Here I spotted a pair of old brake calipers and some oil on the kerbside by the old factory ................. @Six30 have you been to Bristol recently ...............
  19. When I was about 14 I got a police caution for lobbing one of those in the river ................
