A Spanish guy I know with a Strom has just tipped me off that this is happening in Baza on Saturday! So I may well go down and take a look.......hopefully it's not overrun with fucking dickheads on Harleys!

I've only had 4 bikes since 2018: Strom, G650GS, R1200GS (2 months) and 16 months on the CB. At the moment I don't see anything out there that's a better fit for me.

That's what I was going to ask actually. Cos I couldn't understand how 5250 could be the optimum for a 650GS that revs to 7K, and also for something like an R6 which revs to about 14K.

I wouldn't lug a bike anyway......I'm more interested in revving the shit out of a bike cos it's good for it.

Why 5250 rpm? Wouldn't that figure vary on each bike?

I saw a vid by Fortnine about using the wrong revs! He seems to be saying that using higher revs is much better for the engine? Do you agree with that?
